I Live in WA and I came to visit in Vegas and found this little hidden Gem inside a gas Station. A way to kill Two birds with one stone. Gas and Food and I mean exceptionally good Food. Amazing and Marina The owner is just so kind hospitable and Amazing. All their tortillas are freshly made by Hand. The salsas are fresh and their flans and Cakes are freshly made. Marina Cooks quick and efficient and she knows what she is doing. I lived in Mexico and man she takes me back to that Soultry Mexican food. Very Authentic and a thumbs up is to basically for this spot. I Give it a triple thumbs up and a 10 star rating.
This places used to be good, I order a salad and the limes were so old and yellow and the “Carne Asada” was the toughest piece of rubber meat I have ever been served. Sad cause it could be a good bite while your car is being washed they need to improve in the quality of their food.
I love this place! Quintessential gas station Mexican food. Generous portions and the best red salsa in Vegas! Get it added to the inside of your breakfast burrito for the full experience.
So I found this spot years ago. Probably like 3 or 4. Back then they didn't have their digital signs like they do now. Well, I usually have their mole con pollo and when I visited this week it was plain nasty. The drumsticks were darker than the pavement and they smelled old ...trust me when you've had chicken in the fridge over a week you'll never forget the smell. I literally took three bites but all the mole couldn't mask the flavor or the after taste. Honestly this place was golden but the quality is not the same.
Nestled inside the unassuming parking lot is the historic Cannery, home to 3 staples my family has enjoyed for generations. Living on the central Eastside has delivered so many gems, like the Oasis car wash (make sure to watch your car go through!), the Village Pub (try their club sandwich!) and in my eyes, the best Mexican spot in town: Antojitos DF y Mas.
The whole place is special, historic, and dear to me as a born-and-raised Vegas baby — and I’m Italian, so trust me when I tell you something is good. My absolute favorites are the albondigos sopa and pork carnitas. And make sure to tip, these women (and men, but mostly the ladies are there when I go) go above-and-beyond and are excellent. A true gem that I am so proud of. Paradise, baby — we got the best gems in town. ????
Awesome carne asada tacos. I eat here every time I get a car wash. The people that work here are hands down the friendliest people ever. The food is the actual best in Vegas.
This place had the worst pozole I've ever had. I didn't even finish my food. Sucks because I've been on the hunt for a great pozole place in LV.
They got part of my order wrong. They did not do anything about it. The Mamey shake was mediocre and expensive for a big size with probably skim milk, too much sugar and barely any fruit.
