I showed up later in the evening after booking with a hotel app my company uses. There was a problem with the booking through the app and the gentleman was awesome to work with and gave me a great room once everything was resolved. Highly recommend the “Clint Eastwood Room”. Awesome service
We booked a non smoking room, only to open the door to a fragrance of weed. There was a trash bag placed over the smoke detector. The AC was also really loud, and situated in the bathroom area, not the actual sleeping room.
We stopped in to see if we could have a room tour because we had just left another property in vernal that was just awful. Not only did they show us proudly their rooms, they gave us an amazing room! Clean and comfy. We visit vernal often, and I hope Gabino realizes that we will be back with others! Keep doing what you’re doing!!!!
We got hotel room 128 and it was filthy. The bed had carpet bugs in the sheets, stains on the bed sides and dirt piling up on the corners of the room. And the nabors were loud so it was hard to feel any comfort to stay there with our kids. We asked for a refund and the girl told us she was new and couldn't help us and to come back tomorrow when her manager was in, when we talked to him he wouldn't refund us either because we got the room through Expedia. Luckily we stayed on the floor at my brother's apartment but it's unfortunate we didn't receive a refund for the room we didn't stay in. I don't recommend this inn. Also their website says free JB's breakfast but they gave us a coupon that says 15% off and that they don't do the free breakfast anymore. So that's misleading as well. I suggest you pay the extra $100 to stay at a different cleaner hotel with wifi and breakfast.
Great hotel,great location,and great price!Our room was clean and smelled amazing we came for 1 night and stayed for 2 weeks, we had everything in the room we needed the small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Nice spacious room with spacious bath, the staff was amazing very nice and respectful. The maid service was great they checked in everyday to see if we needed anything and to clean the room, I would definitely recommend this place and yes when we come back to vernal this is where we will definitely stay!! I want to thank the staff for a pleasant stay!!
The rooms have had some updates. The ceiling has wood, and the bathroom counters were updated. The mattress felt new and very firm. The staff was very professional and great to interact with. We had a really nice stay.
The rooms are non smoking ,I paid a $25 deposit which was returned the next day room's are clean and the shower works good all in all it is worth the money and a complimentary breakfast.
The worst experience ever. Paid a week in advance while in town taking care of family. 24 hours later my plans changed and tried to get a refund. Basically told me to kick rocks. Doors don’t open like they should, mouse poop in beds and the greasy managers are worse than a used car salesman. Horrible establishment. They will rob you blind if you pay in advance.
