If I could rate « 0 », I would!! Bad customer service! We ordered an oxtail and it was watery and disgusting . We also ordered a rague beef foot. Pa bon du tout. Avoid going at all cost.
Do not go to this restaurant unless u ready to get sick I visited them on Sunday I ordered the large grio with rice and peas as I was waiting for my food I seen another customer come in and ask if they cooked today in creole I over heard the cashier say no not knowing I speak creole all of a sudden they came out with my food and it was diri Jon Jon with grio I have been going to this place for 2 years if you know you know they only serve diri Jon Jon on Saturdays why the hell was it being serve that Sunday my theory is they be selling refrigerated leftover which is against food violation for a restaurant and also the customer service is none existing when you walk in there is no one there to greet you so you just end up sitting there with nobody to take your order

On march 19 I pre ordered oxtail with rice and beans I was pleased with the food, customer service and the food
Bad costumer service , the food is disgusting, I bought a legume from them it tasted like water and it had a whole bunch of oil in it, I asked the cashier to change my food she refused to give me another plate or a refund , so I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction. And she wasn’t wearing no gloves they had no managers and she was being super rude.
Pleasantly surprised with this place. Friendly service and the food is amazing!!!
After a long day I decide to go to a haitian food because I hear their food is really good. I walk in - there are people that work there that are sitting outside. No one greats us when they were at the door or inside. walking around doing their own thing. No one asked us what we wanted or can they get us something while we wait. We had to sit down and grab our own menu. After waiting for about 15 minutes. I had enough and just got up and walked out. Even if their food was good which I didn’t eat, this isn’t how you treat customers that could eventually refer more customers to you. If you like Haitian food, this isn’t the spot to go to. Every person that worked their had a nasty attitude as if they didn’t want to be there. If that’s the energy that give to customers, I can only lmagen with what energy they prepare and cook they’re food.
