I took my car here because it was listed at the Honda Airport Marina dealership, where I take my car for maintenance. I needed to get scratches off. The guy, I forgot his name, but he is African American works there part time as a retiree. He’s the Best! He helped me and estimated me for what I needed, no over charges. He took me to the back to show me how my bumper needed to be taken off in order to properly remove the scratches. He had the receptionist order my ride share home. He followed up with me to let me know that everything was good and when I picked up my car, it was washed and sparkling from inside out!!!! Excellent customer service! I felt comfortable with the price, knowing the job would be completed right. The work and customer experience made the price worth it.
Excellent customer service and highest quality work. I'm very pleased with the impeccable work done on my Tesla Model Y. Jose was amazing! Very friendly, professional, and honest. Couldn't be more happier!

took forever to fix the car. also didnt go over all the stuff we talked about with the insurance, like the paint damage wasnt fixed. they also insisted on me coming over to check on some items that could have been a 1 min phone conversation.
This location took way too long to fix my truck. Never called me for any updates I had yo make the calls to check on the status. Every time I called it was a different reason why it was taking long, they milked my insurance for as much money as they could. They don’t care if you’re spending out of your own pocket for a rental. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this location and will never come here again!!!!!
This is a spot where you have to take take your car back 2 or 3 times till they get it right, they are quick at fixing the car but they sacrifice quality for speed! They gave me back the car with clips missing and damaged clips! Is there anyone checking the car before it goes out? My car was a brand new Tesla and they ruined my paint, swirls all over the car from polishing! I would highly recommend going somewhere else!
Excellent customer service! I’ve had to go twice due to others damaging my car and each time I’ve been serviced with the utmost respect and kindness. My car looks like new after each visit.
Don't do it! It's easy to tell that Anthony's does not care about customer satisfaction, their business only gets referred and paid out by insurance companies, and they will try to milk the insurance companies for every possible charge at the expense of the driver's time and sanity. I experienced terrible customer service and long wait times for simple cosmetic repairs, the work took triple the initial time estimate, and there was no sense of urgency even after we informed them that we were paying daily for a rental out-of-pocket. On top of all this, they continually misled us about the completion date (they extended 4 times) and would lie and promise to call us with updates, only to never call once. We felt we had to continually check up on them to keep progress moving. Ruben was the representative responsible (or rather, irresponsible) for our case, but I doubt anyone working there will do better.
Excellent service, amazing work. They were upfront about repair times with Covid parts shortages and we're ahead of schedule.
