We ordered take while in town, pizza and wings.
The brick oven pizza was cooked to perfection. If you like your pizza crispy, this is your pizza place.
Old fashioned, this crust , fresh mozzarella. The wings were dry rubbed and perfect!
Will return for sure. Friendly staff too!
As a foodie and a native New Yorker, I am always very critical of pizza. However, for brick oven pizza — I was willing to try this place, while visiting friends in the area.
Food: 2/5
While the crust was crispy, I did not get the ‘extra cheese’ I requested (extra cheese, spinach, & bacon pizza 16”). The pizza was over-cooked & the spinach was added in clumps through out. (It was shared btwn 5 ppl.)

Despite the over-the-phone order, I picked the pizza up myself (which was in my name). There was an uncomfortable first-reaction, and a hesitation to helping with my order. I gave my name & was dismissed and then had to describe the order to finally be served properly.
It’s unfortunate to have this type of awkward micro-aggressive experience when interacting with a young white women handling the orders & POS. I felt extremely uncomfortable at having to “prove” what I ordered, even after giving my name & the order…TWICE.
(IYKYK…but it’s little experiences like these that influence my willingness to re-patronize establishments.)
I didn’t enjoy the pizza & was dismayed at the young woman’s initial reaction towards me requesting my pick-up order.
My friends didn’t enjoy the pizza, either.
I paid for dinner this evening, to treat my best friends of 20+ yrs. We won’t be ordering from here again. The sad part, when I told them how I was treated, they weren’t surprised at all. (They’re Chinese & also feel treated differently in this City.)
Dine at your own risk, I suppose.
For my first and only time here, I got one of their signature pizzas to go and was very disappointed. The description made it sound like a culinary masterpiece and was well over $20 for a personal size pizza, so I was super excited to try it. Unfortunately when I got the pizza everything but the crust was soggy, and it was extremely bland(even the meatballs had little if any taste). I tried putting seasoning on it, but it didn't help with how soggy the pizza was. Other than that, the staff was extremely nice. Even on a busy night, they remained calm, kind, and tried to answer any questions I had. I wish I could say more good things because the staff seems nice and you can tell they care, but what I ordered was trash and I'm upset I spent so much money on it when I could've bought a frozen pizza for a fraction of the price and enjoyed it far more.
Edit: I ended up eating one piece and putting the rest in the trash because, despite my best efforts and trying not to waste food/money, I couldn't salvage it. $20 down the drain. 11/10 Do not recommend.
Delicious pizza, great service, and super tasty sandwiches and entrees. The drinks are always wonderful as well. Definitely check it out if you're in the area and craving some good pizza or anything Italian. :)
Placed an order a day in advance via GrubHub. Order arrives close to an hour late, between the driver and the restaurant, I don't know who was lying, restaurant said they gave the order to the driver 5 minutes late. Driver said the order wasn't ready until after 12:20 PM for a 12:15 PM delivery. Pizza slices all on top of each other like the car was drove on a cobblestone street the whole way doing 80 mph. Shrimp Scampi was just shrimp in a box, no pasta, nothing. Just shrimp. It was a semi large order, nothing was labeled and of course everything was cold since it was almost an hour late. Nothing was packaged with care. Never again. I will NEVER EVER order from this place again. Horrible service all the way around! I definitely should've read the reviews first to avoid this mess.
I am usually not a Fan of any Chains. But since it was a Coal fired Pizza, I was willing to give it a chance for the Pizza Hunters App. To start, the service was excellent. The manger brought out a small sampler plate while we waited for our pizza with a Meatball, garlic knots and wings. Nice gesture and got us thinking about more of their menu. The Pizza itself was excellent. Every bite had the perfect blend of Sauce, Cheese and Crust..Was very happy with the Pie, which did not last long. Would definitely go back again when in the area, or would try another location to see the consistency .
AMAZING! Food, atmosphere, and service are all perfect. I will always come back.
Not the best, but not the worst. The pizza, sucked. Pizza had no flavor and my toppings were still kind of cold. The customer service blah!! The atmosphere is really nice. Would I come here again, probably not.
