I cannot recommend servicing your car in this garage.
The staff working there seem like nice, honest people. I *think* they did a good job on my MK4 Focus. I paid £160 for a full service. Fair price. I said I *think* because I cannot confirm if they have done very much whilst it was there. Because they could not (or will not) produce an invoice for the work they've done.
The mechanic I liaised with for the day said they could not produce the invoice on the day of the service and that they will send to me via email the very next day. That's fine, I was okay with that.
It's been over a month since my service. I've contacted them almost every week since my service to chase my invoice. They always said they would produce it for me very soon. It never came.
It got to a point where I had to make an uninformed visit to the garage, asking nicely for it. They said their staff who manages this works from home and is not there to produce it for me. They texted me back later that day and absolutely promised I would receive it the next day. I never got it.
That was the straw that broke the camels back. I am giving up chasing my own invoice, for a service I paid for! Now I won't have the evidence that I have serviced my car diligently every year for when it comes time to sell it.
And I have been extremely patient.
Your car is best managed elsewhere.

Since this review, they have emailed my invoice. I have increased my rating accordingly.
Had car in for MOT. Told them headlights were not working, car was passed after a week with headlights still broken. Took to another garage and the “fixed” issues were still there. Disgraceful service.

Very impressed with the service that I’ve received here. Took my car in with a strange noise, they were able to find it quickly and fix it. The price for the amount of work done was amazing. Won’t go anywhere else now.
Good price for the amount of repairs that I had to get done. Friendly staff too.
Update: had some high pitched squeaky noises after getting my break pads replaced here. Took it back and they replaced the break pads for me from a different manufacturer which solved the problem free of charge!
Would really appreciate my car being put back into neutral gear though as it was left in 1st gear. Turned on my car and it jolted forward so hard that I nearly hit the car in front!
First time using this garage. All the guys were really nice and helpful. Had my car in and out fast. Would recommend for anyone to go????

Had car service and Mot carried out here last year. Guys were amazing to deal with and price was fantastic. Booked in again in a few days for more of the same.
