I have been here a few times. It is a casual place with food and beverages. The employees were nice and friendly and the food was good!
Delicious little Cafe! The croissant bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was absolutely amazing!!!!! And the coffee and cookies were absolutely splendid!!
BEST CUBAN SANDWICH
My first time in this restaurant, and I am glad I stopped to have a bit to eat. Their Cuban sandwich does not disappoint. I will come back here next time in St. Petersburg, FL.
Experience was a miss. Stopped in Sunday morning for a coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. My wife and I were the only customers in the store/restaurant. Staff of three were very busy in their personal conversation which one another. We inquired about our food after waiting 15 minutes for the breakfast sandwiches and discovered our food ticket was overlooked by the staff. Request refund, and was only offered an explication which blamed a “miscommunication”. Left with no apology for lost time, a still hungry belly, and an okish cappuccino. Many amazing places on beach drive, with great/friendly customer service - would not include this one on the list. I was hopeful as this concept is needed in the area, but very disappointed.
Be careful with the red headed server. She'll kill you with her eyes after a simple misunderstanding ON HER PART. Maybe caught her on the wrong day but it's no justification for rude service. With service like that, good luck Annex. Gonna try other options from now on.
This is a 3rd time that they refuse service before closing, guy was serving one gentleman while i asked for water and some woman behind the register said to me “ we sre closed already “ , not in a nice fashion but rude, i will make my mission to tell everyone to avoid this place at any cost , it wasn’t even 8pm. JUNK JUNK JUNK , rude staff , HORRIBLE PEOPLE ????
I came here for a breakfast croissant. All the BURNT CRUMBS AND CHEESE from previous customers' grilled sandwiches was glued to the Bottom of My breakfast croissant! It looked nice from above but the bottom was ugh, all black and burnt. They need to CLEAN their grill/toaster from previous BURNT CRUMBS AND CHEESE before preparing food for the new customer! It's easy and makes All the difference! Why would a customer want BURNT CRUMBS AND CHEESE from previous customers????????!!
I visited this establishment 7 months ago and had a simply sinful brunch. Return here on New Year's day for dinner with my wife. I believe our server's name was Dana. She was excellent. We sat outside in perfect weather and there was a musician playing in the park across the street. The food was as good as it looks. A perfect way to start the new year.
