I got a hair cut at this place and the guy did such a terrible job i hate my hair and will be going to professional to get it fixed. When he “fnished” with my hair i noticed the left side was short then the right mind you i asked for LAYERS! i asked him about it and he kept insisting it was because i had gel in my hair. Once i got in the car i looked at my hair in the mirror and separated the the front parts on both sides and i was right the left side was much shorter i went back in the store and showed him. there was a lady at the register and she always agreed that it was short even though he was insisting it wasn’t ! he told me get back on the chair once again i could FEEL him chopping more of the left side than the right. he matched the front part of the hair to make it even trying to fool me into thinking it was the same. i got home and one again separated the front parts and saw that the left side was more layered than the left. my hair looks terrible it’s not in layers nor what i asked for if he did the from incorrect i can’t imagine what the rest of my hair looks like. he knows who he is sadly i went to him because he was recommended by my mother please do not get a hair cut here if you’re a female especially by that man ( sadly i don’t know his name) im so upset i’ve been growing my hair for 4 years and was scared to get a cut because of this situation. i will be going to someone better.
Will not be coming back. Had an appointment, drove 1 hour, when I arrived to the salon an employee told be right with you. Waited more than an hour for her to say ups I forgot you were here! I was righ in front of her face and she forgot that I was waiting! All of them just ignored people ! They don’t even greet you when you come in, and it was super dirty over all. Definitely not coming back ! Pésimo servicio ! I would Give negative 10 Stars ⭐️.

My first visit here. The staff were extremely friendly, nice, gentle & most importantly, knowledgeable! I will definitely be returning & becoming a 'regular'!
Very loud ladies, seems more like a market than a beauty salon, and they dont do nails with a professional finish, they charged me 45 dollars for "refill" took 3 hours, and my nails were so soooooo thick, not exaggerating those dang things were as thick 2 quarters together ????
Poor costumer service, May be because of language barrier. Unskilled employee.
Very bad experience,they don’t know what costumer service is.just look at me and never ask what I need o said something.
