I have been using this company for over a decade and have always enjoyed impeccable service. Usually, immediate acknowledgement of my booking request, and rapid response to my day-prior text requesting confirmation. On the day of, they usually arrive 15 min early. Faultless professional driving and friendliness. Airport pick up is always very smooth using text messaging.
These folks are phenomenal. Totally reliable, communicative via text, and have amazing customer service. Bobby is the best! I’ll be honest that as an app loving millennial, I was hesitant to call a cab at first … but after having so many Ubers flake or give me attitude about driving from Annapolis to DC or VA or Baltimore, I gave these folks a try. Now, I literally use them all the time.
My husband and I have been using this service for years to take us to/from all the local airports. I can’t say enough about Bobby and his conscientious service. He has always been there for us “I’ve got you covered Ma’am” and is a welcome sight after 35 hours of traveling to bring us safely home no matter what hour of the day or night.

We used Annapolis Taxi Service for our vacation flying out of Reagan National Airport. 5 Stars are not enough for their service. They confirmed and reconfirmed our pickup/drop off times when we left and when we returned. Our driver was very friendly, courteous and helpful. They will be our go to service when we travel or just need a local ride.
This morning we ordered a cab and when he showed up he told me he would not pick us up because of the dogs. Both dogs have their service desk very clearly visible. I explained that they are service animals and he Adamantly advised he would not be picking us up for our trip to the airport. I asked him to please explain why and he said because of the dogs- “ they are not coming into my car” -
This taxi service is awesome! Both times we used them, they were arrived earlier than expected. Bobby went above and beyond with giving tips for future travel and general helpful advice. I highly recommend this taxi service. Thanks for everything!
I'm so thankful that I found this reasonably priced taxi service after my car service left the area! Bobby and his staff are very conscientious and professional. They are always prompt, safe and reliable; and I especially appreciate their willingness to assist me with any bags or packages. Highly recommend!
