So you can't book appointments online (although it says on your website you can via the NHS app, no you cant), but you can only book an appointment 8am-4pm Mon-Fri. What a joke. Imagine if I set my work emails to only receive emails when I'm physically sat at my desk. Get with the times, you make it so impossible to even book an appointment, let alone actually securing one at any point.
Could not fault the care given at this practice for my parents , have been efficient and thorough
You constantly hear about problems with the NHS. This surgery sets a Gold standard when it comes to service. The admin staff seem to set the tone, always bright and cheerful to speak to, but efficient with everything they do for you.
We have had face to face meeting with a doctor and blood tests and vaccinations all undertaken without a lengthy wait in the reception.
I feel a lot of other surgeries could learn so much from how this place is run.
I rang about an eye infection, I spoke to reception and then the doctor within half an hour. Everyone was so helpful and very professional.

I never write reviews but I am so compelled to let the world know that this surgery has wonderful human beings on reception.
I have to say that there was one particular receptionist who was an absolute superstar in every way. I had to get my terminally ill parent moved urgently to the area and this process was complicated to orchestrate and the receptionist went above and beyond duty to eliminate any stress and got everything sorted out for my family.I'm not sure I can post her name but it began with a letter M she was an Angel.
I received excellent care by the G.Ps at this practice, having had 2 issues which required their attention over the last 12 months. The reception staff were pleasant, helpful, reassuring & prompt in their actions. Thank you
We recently moved to the area and have been very happy with this surgery. The receptionists have always been very helpful and informative. Everything ran very smoothly and we were soon seen by a doctor for our check ups.
i was with this surgery untill the cancel my meds sayingthat i was drug related of which i am not ad i was knock dowen by a car as well so now for comming the 8 month no meds at all and i have been dealing with a sprirtual connection that keeeps me going my faith and strengent and god and the universe thank you
