Mona is unprofessional she really messed up my eyebrows and cut the arch when i clearly asked for eyebrows cleaning not shaping just clean . add to that she was coughing on my face without a mask i’ve been a regular with Brittney ever since she opens she was very professional and clean and did exactly what i asked her to do and checked with me before doing anything I had a great experience with Christina as well sadly i would never return again because of Mona she needs to work more on her skills as an eyebrows artist very disappointed i have an engagement party to attend with my eyebrows looking like that i don’t think i can make it my lest brow is out of shape and she took way too much hair from the front
Mona is great when it comes to service and customer service! Very nice and always fixes anything you dont like. I would 10/10 recommend, this is my go-to place.

The ladies were very kind but something they use is extremely toxic. I went to have my lashes done. We had to stop as my eye started burning and felt as if something was in it. Their solution was to pluck my inner lash (closest to my nose)that didn't remove the rouge hair. I had them done for an event last night that I was unable to enjoy. All night my eye was irritated and itchy. I have a newborn who i have to tend to and be able to see. Today is 24hrs later and my eyes are bloodshot red. My eyelids are swollen. They are still very itchy, burning and running. There are bumps under the eye that hurts. My head hurts and by the time I finished with baby and hubby was home they were closed or I would have went back to have them removed. I missed service and work today because of my eyes.

The owner is amazing with her hands!!! For years she has done my eyebrows to perfection and I was so excited…. However, over the last year or so, there have been other ladies working there and my experience and outcome are NOT the same. For me to make that drive to get them done, AND to call beforehand to confirm that the owner is there, there have been too many times that I’ve had to settle for one of the other ladies and my brows never turn out right, time and time again. After years of being a customer, I will not be returning.
