This garage was recommended to me after my normal garage was full up.
My car had major mechanical problems costing a lot to fix.
The car was in for two weeks ( supplier issues, not the garage fault ).
The initial diagnosis was done quickly fitting me in the next day.
Throughout the process they provided plenty of telephone updates. The mechanic Steven was great, explaining in person and showing me what they had found.
The repair was done quickly once parts arrived. Labour rates were very good with over 75 % of the invoice cost being the parts.
I would recommend this garage for their courtesy, professionalism, quality of work and overall customer service.
If I could give this garage no stars I would, had a job done in November 2023 costing £2600 to repair the rear differential, but they failed to diagnose the root cause, hence less than 500 miles the part failed again. Contacting this garage to deal with this issue has been impossible, numerous emails, phone calls and still does not have the decency to reply, steer clear
Car taken to this workshop with a shaking idle and smoke when accelerating, I got it back from them with the same symptoms and with the throttle body changed to a new one for which I paid £336 at this workshop and on the internet I found it between £76-£118. When handing over the car, I told them that the engine runs just as shaky, and the mechanic's answer was that it should go like that. From that moment I made the decision that rather than leaving the car at this workshop, I'd better look for a professional one. Maybe they are good at mechanics, but at engines..., run, run, run!!!!!
Car taken for repairs - car taken out from repair with the same symptoms - mechanic warned by the owner that nothing has changed for the better in the operation of the car - the mechanic assured that everything is working properly - after 3 weeks the engine stalled, after which it was checked the car by an Audi mechanic who stated that what was done at that workshop was unprofessional work that resulted in gasoline mixing with engine oil, resulting in a total engine lockout. I'LL LET YOU DECIDE HOW MANY STARS THAT WORKSHOP DESERVES!
Phoned for tyres in the morning had them fitted by the afternoon, great price and five star service
This garage has been very helpful, repaired my car very quickly and also rescued my other car and repaired it. He has been great help in giving us advice on purchases too. Great definitely recommend ????
We couldn’t be more grateful for these guys. Our exhaust fell off half way through an 8 hour journey, and we were back on the road with a new exhaust within 2 hours. The staff were lovely and accommodating to our situation and even worked up to closing time to get us on the road again. Really reasonable rates too. Thanks again.

Realised that MOT was due over Christmas weekend, on 23rd December.
Popped down to see if they could fit my car in, initially told would be able to fit in next year, but after saying that it was due over the Christmas weekend, Helen went to speak to someone in the garage, when she came back she asked if I could leave it with them and they see if they could fit it in before closing for Christmas until next year, which I did.
They rang back same day to say its ready to be picked up.
