I went here after Firestone referred me to the dealership claiming engine issues. The dealership appointments were 2 weeks out. This Sweet Family allowed me to come in IMMEDIATELY the next morning. After checking my car I was told there was nothing wrong- I was relieved and secure that my car was safe. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and transparent ! Thank you Anderson’s ????

5 stars is an understatement!! My experience overall was awesome! Everyone was very professional and easy going. The staff assisted me after business hours. I would highly recommend this place.
This place USE to be amazing me and my family was taking all of our cars there but this lady that they have in the front desk and the service they provide now is piss poor. I took my car up there to get an oil change and a full check. The next week the engine light goes off and the car runs hot barely makes It to the shop. They charge me $315 to fix it. The next week it breaks down runs hot and I can physically see the broken piece, and my car has to be towed. Now they are charging me almost $100 to fix a piece that was “similar” to the first problem.
Not the to mention the lady in the front is rude. She had a nasty demeanor from my first visit with her. She also neglected to to relay information from the mechanic about my car.
I had to get my motor replaced!!! I was so upset and just ready. To give up.. But They help me get back on the road!! And when i say my car is A1.. And They are so honest!! Best deal in town!!
took my car in for oil pump replacement cost 800.. day my car was suppose to be
soon as I left engine fail car cut off I noticed my alternator wires were replaced t oil pump was doing same thing
then I notice things missing in my car .. I'm seeing this place now crooks ready said it was fixed
