Genuinely wish I could rate it higher! We go shisha lounges regularly all over London and, this is by far one of the best! We just went again on the evening of Saturday 12th Aug...
We've actually been here several times and finally realised I hadn't left a review yet so, here we go!
From when your experience starts in the car park, that's how you know this is one attentive and 'on point' business. The guys/security outside are so respectful and polite greeting us with a 'good evening sir/madam'. It was so welcoming!
The guy who showed us to our table followed through with the exact same tone and greeting which was a lovely way to be seated! Our waiter Omar was exceptional! He even remembered that we came last year to celebrate my birthday with a larger group, great memory!
Service = phenomenal and personalised
Food = absolutely delicious, good portion size, and freshly hot!
Shisha = banging! Doesn't die quick and staff are attentive with frequent coal to keep your smoke alive!
Atmosphere = sick vibe! We love music in a lounge! Interior is gorgeous too! Seating is super comfy!
Pricing = everything reasonably priced, especially shisha and food!
We also ordered Adana kebab which was so good I ate it too fast and forgot to take a pic!

Bad service! Asked for the shisha menu twice. Took over 30 mins to bring it. Once brought it, our milkshakes and food had arrived. We’re waiting for them to ask us what shisha we want, in that time. We had finished both the food and drinks.
The waiter came back started laughing thinking it was funny. The waiters were al rude, no customer service skills at all.
Do not recommend this place at all. On top of that the music was terrible. The “events” were not even occurring. The waiter said the belly dancer will be on in 10 min, 45 min later still not there? lol.
Go nova lounge instead, it’s like 2 mins away ;)
So I went with 8 of my friends for a birthday celebration. Staff was very rude and the service was very bad. The lounge had displayed wrong details about an even taking place, when they were questioned regrading it they further lied to us. Also the food was dry and not flavourful. Shisha flavour choice was not good as well. Overall don’t recommend this lounge to anyone. There are many different better options that have a lot better customer service.
Came from out of country and was recommended this lounge. My friend and I were BLOWN away from the remarkable service and atmosphere. Overall, this was a very lively spot and the shisha was the BEST we’ve ever had. Shoutout to Jay and Nawaf, they were amazing and if you can, ask for them, they’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Also, shoutout to Farzal, the security guard, he made us feel very safe and comfortable with his security services. 10/10, and the belly dancer and drummer need a raise!! thank you for such a memorable night !

Absolutely amazing vibes, top quality food, staff friendly and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend for any day of the week.

I'm really disappointed in the service I received at Anaya last night, it was very busy however we were told we will be seated in the main area if we waited and we just kept waiting, we see them seat literally everyone who came in after us and when we questioned it many times they kept saying sorry there's no seats, it made absolutely no sense, and also they refused us to the seating area for 5 people but ended up seating 2 people there anyway, I felt they showed favouritism to people they already know and neglected the other customers, I used to really like coming to this place in the past when it was called Basrah hence was extremely annoyed with how I was treated. The shisha was good but the service really really put me off, I don't wish to go back there again, maybe they just can't handle serving too many people
The most awful experience ever.
We are regulars at this place and Shisha is normally decent. We decided to bring guests over here to enjoy a good time with them and they had live music on on full blast and promised it will be turned off in ‘5 mins’ when in reality it was half an hour. We could not even communicate with each other because of the extremely loud music.
Shisha’s arrived and the flavours were clearly reused as the shisha burnt in 2 minutes. Told the guys they tried to sort it out but failed to do so and even the staff member was laughing and coughing whilst trying to sort out the shisha.
We spent over £100 for some drinks and 3 shisha’s and they have the audacity to tell us to leave 20 minutes before closing.
Staff does not care and this place is a mess. There is plenty of better options don’t waste your money here.
Ok experience, only get treated nice when I bring a Pathan with me
