I appreciate how clean the restaurant is. The environment is very welcoming. They offer a good selection of sodas including jarritos which pairs great with the asada burrito. I am of fan of their red sauce.
We stopped by on our way back home to LA. We walked in and they told us that it was their first day opening and many items weren't available yet. Which was understandable, they said they'd have everything tomorrow.
We ordered a carne asada burrito, chilaquiles verdes and carne asada quesadilla.
Everything was D E L I C I O U S. Being Mexican I'm very picky when I eat Mexican food at a restaurant because I expect it to taste like my mom's/grandma's cooking. It tasted like home
One of the ladies cooking had one of those grandma aprons so I knew the food was going to be bomb. It did NOT disappoint! So so so good!
We met the owner who was very welcoming and friendly.
I highly recommend this place. I'm sad that we live 3 hrs away and won't be able to come back anytime soon :(

I ordered Pozole to go. BEST pozole I've ever had!!! This is where I'll be ordering my pozole from now on.
Good food & Ana is very nice.
Very disappointed with the asada nachos. I wish I would have thought of taking a picture. Close to half of the chips were bare, not one piece of meat or topping. There was no cheese, no cilantro, no onion. It tasted good, but for almost $10.00 ?
As of now, I've chosen different dishes around her menu and not been disappointed. Shrimp fajitas chicken con chile, barbacoa....its all good. Thumbs up!!!
The Food, Service, and just overall feeling of this restaurant is Awesome. If you are on a roadtrip definitely come check it out!
Two visits, two excellent meals - bistec asado and costillas en salsa verde. Best Mexican food in Fowler!
