These people let me bring my car in while everyone else was booked for 2 weeks. Thats the only thing good that came out of it. They knew I was using my warranty before i towed my car there. They said they will fix it with my warranty and cover 12 months on the parts. so I gave them the OK to check out my car. After that, they decided they only wanted to cover 3 months on the parts. So i wasted time and money. They tried to charge me over $1000 for a starter and master fuse. Dont waste your time. I could have gave these people $1,000 for a starter. Instead, I took my car to a good mechanic and they had my warranty cover it the very next day. But they found out I need a whole new engine The warranty only costs me $100 for a new engine. My spare battery was taken out of my trunk too. This is not an old comment either. Dont go here.
Shady car shop they will keep you bringing your car back there. Not a trustworthy car shop especially for a pregnant woman. Don’t do business with them. They will rip you off.
Went in a few months ago since my seat didn't recline they wanted to change my whole seat, when the only problem was the seat switch professionalism was a 2/10 and I'm honestly sorry to say it. Decided to give them a second chance for my a/c and they charged the 99$ for the a/c fill up even tho they knew it was leaking and kept putting more in just so they could charge me.
I took my car in due to a noise in my wheel area I heard while driving and wanted to make sure that that noise was not apparent every time I pulled up anywhere. took it to AMIGOS and they told me it was a break shield and they would remove it for 125 after picking up my car all of a sudden my check engine light is on and my brake light is on return back to the AMIGOS to question why.. they said they didn't do anything else I figure okay maybe it is some sensors.... Well later on that day I could not even drive my car past 30 mph I don't know what they did but I do not recommend these people $455 later something was disconnected underneath my car that caused my speed sensor to go out I don't trust AMIGOS how could all of this had happened in the same day after getting something so simple by them???????????? please think twice before going here
The staff is very friendly and tried to help the best way they could. This business is good for general maintenance and repair, but I would suggest going to a dealership for anything major. After 3 weeks of repairs I am still without a running car. Turns out the dealership are the only ones who can solve my problem. ????
They've worked on a couple of my vehicles and so far have been fair and reasonable. I do most of my own work on my vehicles but every now and then I rather have someone else do it whether it's because of the weather, or I don't have time myself, or just something I don't like or want to do. They're my first call. The owner is always friendly and honest with me and his mechanics are friendly and helpful too.
Its a shame that all of the bad reviews are years old, because they are an absolutely amazing shop now. Friendly staff, fast and cheap repairs, and if you get to know them well enough they'll even let you go back there, nothing to hide. 10/10 Would never choose a dealership over the amigos.
