Ordered a Philly cheesesteak meal to go. Second bite in, bread was soggy and wet at the bottom as if it had been sitting for a while. The French fries burnt and tasted as if it was fried in old grease. I spat out what I had tried into the trash can and immediately called to notify them of me needing a refund. Mixie was kind and asked me to return my order when I can for a refund. I could not make it back the same night due to leaving work after their closing hours, so I returned the order the next after noon. The Asian lady was very rude and started talking over me and raising her voice. She was really acting like the refund was coming from her pocket or her paycheck. The rest of the staff is kind and friendly, but the Asian lady that is checking customers out was very rude, unprofessional, and clearly did not care about customer satisfaction due to food that was not served in decent condition. I will not be returning because of her and neither will the business that I referred to you all. She has been rude and very unwelcoming other times that I have visited, but this could not be ignored.

I had the wings and fries combo which was very good. The honey bbq are delicious. But the chicken fried rice stole my heart. It's the best fried rice I have tasted in a while. Reminded me of home (Chicago ). I will definitely be back.
My brother and I was here visiting from Detroit and we had went here with my cousin printess he goes there all the time the food was awesome and the place is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
Usually come here to get tuna salad but decided to change my meal to a chicken philly and 5 wings. It took 7 minutes which was not normal time to cook chicken. I contacted food poisoning later that night.
Not sure about all American Deli is great, high score, polite, clean this to include the restrooms. Wings love them especially mild with lemon pepper sprinkles
Make your eyes roll behind you head. Chicken philly awesome. And to top it off add seasoning to your fries with a large fruit punch to wash it all down... ????
