I love my new windshield! Thank you for working over late. Very professional! And friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning.

Had glass ordered 7/23 and kept getting the run around about my glass order. At first they said it never came in. It was lost? Never would get call backs when I’ve called to question it. Finally on 11/9 they eventually installed it. Wasn’t the greatest experience unfortunately but I know something’s are out of our control. ????????‍♂️

I went in to see if they could reattach a plastic strip that held my sliding glass window in place. After two failed attempts trying it myself, I was ready to pull my hair out! They took my truck back right away and had it fixed within 15 minutes. I went to pay, but the sweet lady at the front desk waved at me and said, "Have a good day!" I needed this kindness in my life today! Thank you!

They repaired a small crack in my windshield and shortly after that the crack spread. They then told me that if I got a new windshield they would credit me what I paid for the crack to be repaired so really no guarantee on their work. For sure will use safelite from now on. It was cheap but this is the reason. They cost me a windshield.

So I have a bad habit of locking myself out of my house, out of my car, pretty much out of anything that can be locked I've locked myself out of many many times. Long story short in the last week and a half I've had to order two pains of glass from these kind folks and every time that I did, the service was fast, friendly and most of all affordable! Thanks Melissa and to all who work there for amazing hard work! I've now learned to hide a key lol!!!

Our church needed to have glass installed over our stained glass windows. American glass was very prompt to come out and measure to provide a quote. We were delighted with the price. We got their quote on Friday and Monday they installed the glass. Billy and Mr. Billy did a great job. We are very satisfied. It was a great experience doing business with American Glass in Picayune.

I have been doing business with these great folks for years. They have done several windshield replacements and a custom glass cut for a desktop. Always super friendly and helpful. Straight up with pricing and estimate of work time. Highly recommend trying them for any glass needs.
