If you are in search for an exciting birthday experience for a little princess this is the place !
Great ambience, cute arrangements, private room holds up to 14 people (kids&adults), decent goodie bags and 1 activity (you choose at the moment of booking ). Was not very impressed about the food, like other places when you come for an experience a little chances to get savory food , but hey , kids didn’t care at all other than their dolls and just rummaging around the store!
Thrilled to learn you can do a nail salon appointment or hair arrangement, ear piercing and just play around.

Very fun family experience. However, most dolls and displays are behind glass and not able to be played with. The Cafe, which requires reservations, is delightful and provides seating for your doll too. The Cafe is allergy friendly and will make accommodations and substitutions if needed. The food is delicious, especially the mousse. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
This is every little girl's dream! ???? Well, almost every! For my daughter and I, it most definitely was an experience of a lifetime! This place is so much fun for kids and kids at heart! While she was enjoying and celebrating ???????? her birthday, I was healing my heart and inner child! My daughter is now 17 but heck, we'd go back in a heartbeat! ????
It is a museum, where you can grab your favorite exhibit. American Girl is the journey to the past with the stories told where girls imagination goes wild... And get in the giant doll box to become an iconic doll yourself, at least for the picture.
We had our first adventure with a personal shopper (Ana) who helped us pick out exactly what we wanted for our first dolls, which was very well coordinated with great customer service. The personal shopping experience was useful because the many doll choices can be overwhelming on 2 floors of dolls. After a wonderful hour of shopping and private box opening we went to have our American Girl Tea Party and birthday celebration. The dining area was large with lots of families celebrating birthdays. The many tea sandwiches and sweeties were excellent and our server David was super nice. Adults can have alcoholic beverages and the entire experience was fantastic, especially for Gramma‼️
Very big store with huge doll selection. Every doll comes with amazing accessories and cool stuff. Great choice for a gift.
Absolutely love this place! We had an amazing time for a birthday party. The cafe was so cute, our server was awesome, and the food was good!
The birthday party was really easy to plan and they handle everything, which was so nice. The cake was adorable and the goody bags were perfect.
They have dolls and doll chairs you can use if you dont have one!
The store is fabulous with a lot to do, they have revamped it and it is gorgeous. The doll salon is a must go and the hair dos are so cute for girls and dolls alike!
Parking is a bit pricey but you can get cheaper sometimes buying ahead. We paid 40 and were there for about 5ish hours.
My daughter is a pre-teen and she wasn't very familiar, but I explained to her the concept and how Addie made it North and she was very entertained. We are African and Native American, so we really appreciate the representation. I loved these dolls as a youth, and it was touching to share this experience with my child.
