I’ve been driving past this place for years & I finally stopped in with my son. I’m so happy that we decided to drop in. This place is very clean, the staff was very kind, knowledgeable & very welcoming. They gave us free samples of their delicious soups & we definitely got some to go. You can taste the love in the food that we purchased & we were pleased with the food & service. I’ll definitely be returning when I’m in the area again!

This place has gained a new customer. My family and I got a chance to check this place out. The service and food were outstanding. Place is very clean. Great quality of food. Finally found a crab spot near me.
Friendly staff, clean environment, and the food isn't bad. The crab cakes are delicious! The lobster roll wasn't my favorite but not bad at all.

Specializing in the obvious (crabs), they also have a great selection of other shellfish.... shrimp, scallops, oysters, clams..... you can get it all here.
Raw or steamed, you'll love their selections.
There's also lots of other really great menu items made from scratch there with their lobster rolls, crab pies, soups, and numerous other sides.
Definitely treat yourself to the steam pots as well.... they're awesome!!

I was driving in from Manhattan and took a random exit for a break. I’m so glad I did. The lobster bisque is one of the best soups I’ve ever had. Fresh seafood and great service. The biggest problem is that it’s not closer to the city. Definitely recommend!
This was my second time coming back. The crabs and shrimp was fresh and very tasteful. One of my new favorite spots.
We stayed nearby yesterday and based off the reviews here decided to try American crab co. I was psyched because, literally, my favorite food is crab cakes. Anyways, the food looked awesome. The clams and mushrooms were pretty tasty. My issue was with the crab cakes. They looked so good and I was so hyped. However, the flavor wasn't there. Literally. Not much flavor. No old bay, no crab, nada. Idk. The fried oysters also just tasted like the breading. The shrimp tasted, maybe, not that fresh? My kids, who love peel and eat shrimp, were grossed out by the ends being more hard. They kept trying to say the shell was still on. I don't know man. I was super excited but pretty let down. Three stars for the tasty mushrooms and clams. ????
