I wish I could give a half of a star for the cold customer service and soaking wet wings and scary atmosphere. I took a video of the sauce pouring out of the container when i picked it out of the carry out bag which soaked all of the nakins that were given to me.
Wings were very wet, so much sauce the carry out plastic bag & napkins at the bottom were soaked in sauce. Not the best customer service. Front door glass is broken out and currently have plywood board to cover it. So many signs on the windows you can barely see inside. Wings were not the best & all off the sauce was disappointing.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... First, I placed my order the day before to be picked up the following day at 5pm. I arrived and still had to wait 30 min for my food. I ordered 75 wings which were basically $85. My wings were ALL hard and not even able to bite into. When I contacted the store to inform them of my food, they tell me all the wings were cooked regular and he doesn't know what I am talking about, he was rude and started speaking in language I did not understand. He stated, I was unable to receive a refund but they would give me a discount. SIR, I do not want a discount, that was too many wings to ALL have been bad, NOT even ONE of them were good. That is too much money to have paid to only receive a discount. I want a refund as I will not be eating at this establishment again.
First time in awhile we've done takeout and the value was worth the price paid. The wings were large, banana for scale in the photo. I wasn't sure what to expect because of reading the reviews beforehand but the foreign guy working the counter was nice. Lemon pepper was our favorite flavor, I'm definitely looking forward to trying out more in the future
I know there are different cultural differences, but guys can at least try to smile and say at least say thank you for coming. All I ordered was 3 wings and some fries. I could of did a better job at home. Wings all dried up. Fries burnt. Not impressed at all. I can clearly see why they don't do refunds. Guess my dogs have a meal. Lol
Large menu. The food is decent. Employees attitudes aren't great. DO NOT CALL AHEAD. They do not make the food until you get there. So don't waste your time. We frequent this place often and the food has never been ready when they say. Ever.
Food was okay. Customer service sucked. The employees of this establishment were very rude and impatient when questioned about menu. Their accents are very thick, and normally that wouldn’t be a problem but when paired with attitudes and aggressive tones it creates an unwelcoming environment. Not to mention it is literally a sauna in the restaurant. I would never frequent this establishment again off of the customer service alone. If I could give them 0 stars off the customer service alone I would.
Don’t you love to go to a place with good customer service. Well you should meet my new best friend Foysal, outstanding service. He is really friendly and has great taste in food picks! Great experience and really tasty food! I’ll be back for sure. I recommend the lemon pepper chicken wings, grilled chicken salad, and the steak and chicken sub, my favs. Well all the food is ????oh let’s not forget, nice and clean location!!!!
DONT ORDER TURKEY BURGER! I DIDNT lol. But that's what I got. I took a bite, it was awful. Gran Rodeo is across street. I go there all the time. Cost more but I regret ordering this street rat corner store food. No offense to Aladdin
