Horrified to have found a MAGGOT in the sweet and sour sauce tonight. Called to complain, not in the slightest bit interested! Tried to suggest I was lying about it!! Took ALL the food back, maggot included for a refund as the woman on the phone agreed, only to get there to be refused money back! Email sent to food standards agency.
I go here often for my chinese. Best chinese i have ever had and i love my chinese and have been to countless places. Great food. Great service and good prices. Was a bit gutted that it is minimum £20 on card as my order is normally about £19 but that being said i can see why they do it as they get charged per transaction and there is a free cash machine in the co op up the road so its easy to phone the order and get cash on the way.

Found a hair in my food, phoned them at the time, went back a few days later, owner said it was a root from a beansprout refused to refund .Reported to council.
Been here quite a few times and always had the best food, but tonight for some reason the special chowmein was not all thar special! ... it was 99% noodles.... hardly and meat or veg in sight .... I will not slate them for 1 off night in many but must admit to being slightly disappointed.... everything else was perfect as usual ????

Absolutely disgusting. My partner ordered sweet sour spare ribs and the sauce was so watery it fell off the plate everytime you tried to eat it and went all over his clothes. Rang to complain and was met with "well don't order it again" and hung up phone. Absolutely appalling customer service, think they got that attitude because they are only Chinese in village!!! We will not be ordering from there again, it is worth travelling to Crewkerne to get a decent Chinese!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
