It was my first time visiting amazing hair braiding and I ask for individual braids. The braids are very neat! I’m a very picky person when it comes to my hair and I’m very pleased!! They gained a loyal customer ☺️
DO NOT GO HERE!! first off, when i showed up for my 1 o’clock appointment the lady wasn’t even there and i had to wait an hour and half for her to get there. i told them i wanted box braids and i received singles instead, AND on top of that.. they braided my hair too tightly and my head was sore for two weeks and i now have a bald spot. this is the worst experience i’ve ever had with getting my hair braided (i’ve never had a bad experience before until coming here) and now i’m traumatized. also it stinks in the shop and it’s very unclean.
My review is simply feedback from my experience recently at this salon and to let others know what to expect.
1. Their customer service and lack of communication with clients is one star. Need them to learn how to be polite.
2. Prepare to wait also…. They don’t start or even arrive on time. If your appointment is at 9 a.m. They won’t start until about 9:45 a.m. or later.
3. Ask them specific questions about your hairstyle and pricing before they start because they won’t ask you, especially if you’re bringing your own hair. They need to communicate extra fees for lengths, brands, colors, etc …
My time is valuable and I appreciate companies that acknowledge me for my business. Especially if the stylists are late and the client is sitting for over 6 hours in a cold salon watching horror movies during Christmas time.

I came in to get medium knotless and they reassured me that what they were going to do and I ended up with small knotless I literally hate my hair soooo much I’m crying a literal waste of $250
They was very nice and they accepted me at the last minute for some box braids. Knowing they was finished talking customer for the day. Every other shop told me to come the next day but not them. And they did a very great job. I will go back
0. 00NEVER COME HERE Although I overslept and my appointment was at 8 and Cindy text me to makesure i was gne b there but i was sleep so i couldnt of text her in my sleep so when i woke up i text to see if i can still come even though i missed 8. I feel she could have addressed her concern with me thru the message but she insisted i come. When i came in a whole nother woman was in my head trying to charge 270$ for med microtwist so i remained getting my hair dryed . Cindy walks in asks me am i the person she contacted and told me rudely to get up. Then proceeds to tell me she been there since 7 as if thats my fault and she texted at 8 . After 30 mins u could have taken another client and if i walked in late that my problem but that i had to catch a uber all the way to this side of town just to hear u conduct yourself like that towards a customer is a problem . If i was your only customer today just say that. I WOULD HAVE STAYED HOME.Then the audacity to tell me sit down girl kick rocks and learn how to conduct business
Thank u Susieeeeeee for my hair what a lovely person the other women were so nice my first time getting braids in years! Definitely gonna be back.. I loved watching the African movies????????
I came in today for knotless braids. As my first time at this location I was a little skeptic, but I am amazed by the quality of work. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and was able to sit through the 4 1/2 hours that it took for my hair to get done. I will definitely be back to get my hair braided again.
