Amazing Grace Has Blown 5 out of 8 appointments in the last 6 months. Ask a direct Question as how much longer? Response is I just got Pick Up Info. And Drivers start getting Ignorant What Kind of People do they have working for them. Never Use this Company If You value Your Health. Because they dont care. Just want the $$$Money!
Terrible!!! Told I would be picked up in 15 mins hour later I am riding the bus. They don't wait for you. Always late. Drivers are awesome! Great people unfortunately the policies and procedures of the company are terrible. The dispatch gentleman who is in charge is very disrespectful and rude and enjoys playing telephone tough guy. Several times I have asked to speak with management and put on hold to be hung up on. Picked up on new years day for an appointment and left me with no return ride. Office was closed I was told. You brought me to an appointment but your closed and can't bring me home. The worst riding in the big wheelchair vans!!!! I rode with many companies any are better than this one!!
I was booked a ride on this poor excuse for a transportation company for my Chemo treatment by MAS. I was told the pickup time was 7:45 for a trip that is 2 miles from my home. At 8:05 it was a no show so I called a cab and made it. $18.00 later. At 8:50 Amazing Grace called and asked if I was ready to be picked up. I told them I did not need them. The person on the phone was rude & indignant. NEVER use this firm for ANYTHING!
Thanks for getting me safely back home from my 40 day rehab stay. I used this company 9 years ago because they were great then. when I found myself needing their services again Amazing Grace was the only service I called.
This place is a joke! My grandmother broke her hip and needed transportation from rehabilitation to doctors office to get her stitches out. They got her there and driver gave number to call when she was done. Well we called the number and they said insurance only paid for one way and she would have to pay $110 for ride back! Thankfully my mother drove her car there and brought her back.
Here’s the kicker!!!!! Paper from rehabilitation center that set it up had round trip checked!! And the number the driver gave her to call when she was done was a different number than what was on paper from rehabilitation center!!! Sooo my 93 year old grandma was almost scammed !!! Who is this company hiring????

Thus company denied to take my appointment. On the same day of the appointment. Due I needed assistance taking my wheelchair scooter from the motel room of small step. The representative said they couldn't do this. Whatever.
I am being harassed by this company almost daily. They will not remove my number from their system although I never ever used their service or requested which I will reporting them...When I called the lady slammed the phone on me because I cannot provide the full name of their "client". Now how is that my problem?
The most unreliable transport service around. They are ALWAYS late and ALWAYS rude. Do not waste your money with them. There are other transport services in the area that we will be trying - hopefully they will be better. Don't work with them - it will end up to be a very aggravating experience for you.
