My stylist, Izzy does amazing color, cuts and styles! My daughter and I are frequent customers and Amaxx Hair Salon never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Amaxx is the perfect family hair salon! The stylists know how to cut women's, men's, and children's hair; our entire family has been coming here since 2006. From the time our granddaughter was two years old, Amaxx has been our salon. Even my husband got his hair cut by Alicia and he never went back to a barbershop again! In addition to cuts, Amaxx also offers facials and facial waxing.
I am lucky to have found Alicia when we moved here 16 years ago. Being new to the area, I had tried the corporate salons with poor results. Once I found Alicia at Amaxx, I never went anywhere else! I have utilized every hair styling service they have to offer: shampoo, cut, style, perm, and color. When I first walked in, I had a photo with a rough idea of what I wanted: lots of texture! When I asked for modifications, Alicia made them and my hairstyle came out perfectly. Since my hair is short I come in about every 6 weeks. She remembers exactly what I want each time.
This salon treats their customers right! It is a family-run, local salon with a long-standing place in our community. I highly recommend Amaxx to everyone in the Southwest valley.
To prevent having to wait, you should DEFINITELY make an appointment! The secret is out... We love this place!
Haven’t been to a salon in years due to bad experiences in the past. Briseyda was my stylist today and I loved her! She was super professional and explained step by step what she was doing to my hair. I loved my haircut today and she even took the time to show me how to style my hair as well. I highly recommend this Salon! I had a great experience and will be returning to see Briseyda from now on! ????

I went in for a haircut and came out with my hair being botched up!!!! I did not realize until after I left the salon since my hair was still wet. I will NEVER come back. I will tell all my friends and family to NEVER come here again. Prior to this unfortunate incident I heard such great things about the owner so I decided to check them out.... worst mistake ever. I had to go to my regular hairstylist and beg her to squeeze me in before I left for work or else I would NOT have left. Her mistake ended up costing me an extra $80!!!!!
I am so happy to have found this salon, it is exactly the type of place I needed for all of my family to get haircuts, facials for my teenage son who struggles with acne and hair color for myself. It is clean, great customer service from beginning to end and the ladies are kind and patient with their customers. After months of getting services there with zero complaints, I felt it was time to leave a review. I'm a happy customer ????
