Hay personas que manchan con sus aptitudes el deporte del Golf: A día de hoy pongo en conocimiento todo una experiencia pasada en el campo de Amarilla Golf, a primera hora un Invitado y Yo hemos ido a Jugar al campo y al sacar el Green Fees nos comunican que los greens están picados y los están arenando, nosotros damos nuestra opinión y decimos que a pesar de estar con dificultades de practica, no nos importa jugar en el campo. Cual es nuestra sorpresa, que cuando comenzamos a jugar el el hoyo 3 y 4 nos encontramos con todas las maquinas arenadoras y el personal, trabajando dentro de los greens con lo cual no era dificultad de practica, si no imposible de practicar u jugar, la molestia causada en ese momento nos hizo entender que tendriamos todo el derecho de ir a recepción y exigir una devolución del dinero, por estar impracticable el campo. Una vez hablado en recepción lo sucedido, nos comentan que no hay devolución de dinero, y nisiquiera un bono para poder jugar otro día. Con lo cual nuestra decisión ha sido poner una reclamación por parte del invitado.
Pasados varios días, yo regreso al campo y en recepción me comunican que por parte de la dirección me han quitado la fidelidad del campo por ejercer mis derechos como jugador.
Pasadas varias semanas y perteneciendo al club de Los Golfos (Grupo de personas que jugamos habitualmente todo el año en este campo) una vez terminada la partida, el capitan del grupo me comunica que por parte directa del Sr.Eduardo Tavío se me prohibe jugar en el campo durante toda la temporada. Es tanta mi indignación y mi sorpresa, que me pongo en contacto con el Sr. Eduardo Tavío para aclarar aclarar la situación y saber los motivos por los que se me prohibe jugar en el campo. La respuesta ha sido que por su propio interes personal, como el es dueño del campo de golf, le interesa más que jueguen las personas que el decida.
Este es un pais que aun hay abuso de poder y es deplorable encontrarse a día de hoy con este tipo de personas.
Cancelaron el rbf sin previo aviso
Si buscas un lugar relajante, este lo es sin duda alguna!

Sensationelle Lage, großes Appartement, einmalige, unverbaubare Aussicht aufs Meer, gute Ausstattung (Geschirr und Besteck könnte mehr sein).
Erstklassiger Reinigungsservice, Nähe zum Restaurant sehr vorteilhaft. Kleinere Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sind notwendig.
So to begin overall the stay in villa 2 wasn’t unbearable but it wasn’t 10/10 if being honest.
Positives -
The location is absolutely perfect I would 100% recommend the area and with improvements to the villas themselves as with some serious TLC to bring it up to their words of ‘luxury’. they would be 10/10 plus if no power cuts
Beds comfortable
Kitchen was modern feeling
Wifi was good
Aircon where it was located did cool the area down well
Pool was nicely heated and a perfect walk.
Vila layout was also nice
The view was actually the most beautiful I have ever had.
Negatives-
To start with there was a problem where occasions in the evening that power supply would be interrupted for around 30secs to a minute and then a member from the 19th hole would go and restore the power which as of Monday the 19th of June after 8 days was ‘fixed’ which was our mainly our entire holiday which we lost food due to not being able to continue to cook which resulted in financial losses and a loss of our holiday experience , one evening the power went out over 11 times no one at the amarila golf has customer service skills and it shows as someone who works in customer service I can tell you how it has been dealt was not appropriate.
Jon Stewart was simply a rude man who got passive aggressive towards me in emails with complaints so that was nice thanks Jon Your customer service skills are beyond appalling you should work on that ???? and as someone who also works in customer service if you want some tips let me know ????
we found that bugs behind the splash back kept appearing.
The general maintenance of the property lacking in every aspect.
The extractor fan is unclean and dishwasher tablet compartment was broken
The plinth under the cupboards was loose
The downstairs shower is completely in need of a refurb shower head hanging on by a thread and leaking out the side so unusable. And the toilet was leaking which was gross had to use the isolator tap.
The living room net curtain was hanging off in places.
The dining chairs were odd and tatty missing leather and rips
Upstairs The second bathroom the shower door is hanging off its hinges,
En suite The whirlpool bath is inoperable. Toilet leaking, hairdryer broken
Most bedside or floating shelves were loose and hanging.
En suite bathroom window handles were loose
Main bedroom curtains also had stains which was gross.
The pool would have debris and wasn’t cleaned every day and this includes the bird faeces that kept appearing.
So in all of you want a stay that’s got an apartment with bad plastering bad furnishings and furniture, where your power goes out 11 times in an evening then these villas are for you. Basically façade saying it’s one of the worst holiday experiences if ever had.
