Had an al pastor taco and green chicken enchilada. Both tasted good.
Service was good and the dining area kept fairly clean.
Came in during the early evening so it wasn't too crowded or rushed.
The food is great all the time, but customer service not too good. I called to make an order and was waiting on the line for 20 min when I got to the place Brandon put me on hold for 20 min because he was on his cell phone with a personal called while me the customer was waiting on the line ! This is not the first time I have to wait that long on the phone line. But today I knew why. My food could be ready when I got to the restaurant but because Brandon was attending his called I had to wait ???? and on top of that Brandon overcharged me I ordered the combo and he was charging me for beans and rice when the combo were supposed to come with.
We ordered Chile verde burrito and chile verde fries.. i got sick within 30 min of eating...suffered stomach pain all night. My husband got sick 3 hrs after me....with the same issues.. we had to cancel our plans for the next day because of our stomach issues. We called to speak to a manager and they told us that managers dont work on weekends ????????????
1rst visit: Delicious food and nice employees. Highly recommend
2nd visit: Salsa was horrible and smelled old, fish tacos tasted like the frozen breaded fish you buy at the store, birria tacos had no flavor. Only good thing was the cheese fries! Highly disappointed ????
MY CHICKEN ENCHILADAS & BEANS WERE DELICIOUS ???? & SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. MY FRIEND SAID HER CHILE RELLENO BURRITO WAS VERY GOOD TOO. PORTIONS & PRICES WERE PERFECT. SMALL BUT JUST FINE & FRIENDLY STAFF.. ❤️
Good food. They say their all the same, but their not. The cooks are what separates the restaurant. This is the one I go to, my choice over the ones on the westside SB.
I know it’s now a fast food place / drive thru but not only did I wait more than 20min in line which ok I understand it’s not a fast food drive thru but I got my food cold.
Went there for some birria (drive thru). Got home and and found out they served me dog food. Gave it to the dogs, they too didn’t want it. You can literally smell the uncooked meat. Disappointed and disgusted.
