I had a great experience with ATR. AAA said 75 min, they were there in less than 15 minutes. I called to let them know that I was going to call AAA ahead of time and they were on it.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with this company. We booked them to offload a 40ft container off of a stepdeck in Volcano, CA. They assured there was no problem and would be on site @ 1pm. At 3pm they were a no call no show, so I called to get an update. The dispatcher assured me the driver would be on site in the next 45 mins to an hour. An hour later they called and stated they were not going to pick up the container. When asked why, or why they did not have the decency to even call to state they weren’t picking this up when I had literally spoken to them an hour prior, the dispatcher got real nasty and rude and hung up on me. Stay away from these people. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and won’t show up. Had they simply told me they could not do the job, I would have spent my day looking for a legit company to handle this for my customer, instead of being strung along by them all day. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, not worth the headache.

We moved up here just over a year ago and this was the 1st time we needed a mechanic. Bill was very friendly, price was fair, very polite to my wife and treated her well. He made some extra calls for us too since there is no cell service. Great home town service and people. I figured it was the alternator and they confirmed it (nice to know they don't try to oversell on repairs that aren't needed). I know some people only leave reviews when they get poor service so here is a good one.

While visiting Bear River Res, our alternator went out. I had the vehicle towed in and they did a great job. Timely, on target with their estimate, and fairly priced. They know what customer service is all about! They will be my Highway 88 go to shop for all repairs.

This place left me hanging for 6 hours only to tell me try a different company. They never even came out. I cannot believe they so easily wasted someone's day like this. When I called to see what was taking so long the lady told me " well we are waiting for our supervisor to come in we don't know where he is and he's not answering phone, we need to ask him if we can tow your vehicle" I then asked her well so you still don't know if you can even tow it I've been waiting out here in the cold, she then said "call someone else then"

I called to follow up on a tow early this morning and Anna was extremely rude and then hung up on me. I then called back 4 times and she rejected each call. Terrible experience.

A few years ago I was in an accident but my car was fine other than a tire so I had to have it towed and the truvk driver lifted it by the radiator and cracked it. And they charged me 400 to take it 2 miles. Just yesterday my boyfriend used atf and he lifter his car by the rear and cracked the radiator on my driveway. This company is a joke and need to train theyre employees better.

They got my car diagnosed quickly and kept me informed. I was given a quote a for everything as it was found and charged exactly as promised. No surprises and no pressure. ???? My car runs great and I appreciate it.
