Went there for breakfast with my wife. She had your basic breakfast......I on the other hand, had the Mexican breakfast. Maria was nice and let me order it even tho it was after 11am.
Wow....I feel like I'm telling a secret that I swore I would never speak of.....Chile Relleno WOW. My 2 over easy eggs were on refried beans on crisp tortillas. What a wonderful treat today. I couldn't stop eating. On a plate this full I'm usually taking some left overs home. Not today. We'll done!!!!!
Guess we're going to have to go back for dinner and try the Italian side of the menu. But we'll do that another day..... I'm still stuffed.
The food was excellent cook and seasoned to perfection. We were visiting and someone recommended thus place we came for breakfast one day and had to return the next day as we were very happy with food, service, atmosphere and price. We will definitely return when we are back in the area. Thank You Alvaro's for amazing food and service
My 2 sisters/1 bro-in-law ate here and the meal was EXCELLENT. Home-cooked, delicious, reasonable$, super nice (gal) server. We'd go back but don't live near here. EAT HERE; you won't be disappointed!!!

Too warm inside. Soda was flat, and when brought to servers' attention, I was offered something else, fine, but no apology. She came and asked how it was and left the table after I shrugged my shoulders and gestured that it was not great. Maybe I'm asking too much. Fried fish seemed fried previously and then warmed up. Same with French fries. Salad was a bowl of lettuce, a small pc of cucumber, and a tiny tomato wedge. Calpine crust was too thick. They seem to be cutting corners lately. Ssd.
Great family restaurant been there for breakfast and recently lunch omelete was delicious the stromboli the size of a football just fantastic. I can't wait to try the Sunday breakfast buffet!!!!
The service was fairly quick but nothing special for my take out order, However the food was the worst I’ve ever paid $45 for. Had two baked ziti’s and one lasagna, all three came with poor excuses for a side salad which consisted of nothing more than lettuce and two cucumber slices. The zitis were drowning in ricotta cheese and overly sweet tomato sauce with no meat at all. Same for the lasagna- the only difference was the type of pasta used. Both the ziti and lasagna were offered to my dog who eats everything-even she didn’t want that slop. Needless to say I’ll never make the mistake of getting food from here again.
