Honestly I'm only giving 2 stars because my driver was very nice and pleasant. However the service in itself was pretty bad. They were 30 minutes early (without a warning phone call) to pick me up, which usually no biggy but I was scrambling to get my newborn baby ready for the trip. So after rushing to not slow them down we get there for our appointments and all goes fine. Then when leaving the appointment it took them THREE HOURS for me to get picked up and have to wait on another person to ride home with us. I could've gone home and she could've gotten back to pick them up by then. And that person was an hour out of route to be dropped off first. Why have two insanely different destinations in the same trip?? Organize these routes better!! My two hours of doc visits turned into an 11 hour day. Ridiculous.
Everytime I am assigned to this company, they never show up or either tell me they don't got me as a rider. I had an appointment this morning. I was supposed to get picked up at 6:35 am. I have been trying to call them. No answer. Looking outside. No cars.
Ughhhh I strongly don't like you Alternative. You are not reliable at all.
If there was less than one star I would have used it. This transportation company is the worst I have ever seen for non-emergency medical transportation. You confirm a ride and the day of the ride they call saying they are going to be a bit late (15min) then the driver calls you and says they will be 45 minutes late. And this happens all the time with them. They obviously have never heard of scheduling and how to route rides to be on time.
I would suggest you find another company to use, completely unreliable and unprofessional. The company needs to completely rework their scheduling and services or find another line of work.
They never showed up to take my 2 month old child and I home... We had to wait outside for them in very hot weather... My baby started showing signs of heat stroke and I had to run back to the doctors office where they were luckily able to treat him.... I had to get an Uber to get home.... I live an hour and twenty minutes away.... Worst company ever.... Don't ever use them... Especially if you have children.... It seems they want your kids physically injured.... This company only cares about the money.... They don't have a working phone number and their customer service is non-existent.....
I can’t say anything to the quality of this company’s service; however, I can speak to the quality of their drivers. I was stuck in traffic along hwy 59 in Florida with one of their transit vans in front of me. The van littered multiple pieces of trash onto the side of the road. Do you really think you could trust someone that has no compassion for other peoples property to alternately show compassion when transporting your loved ones. I would not but also I have a serious problem with pieces of s**t that litter. ????☺️
Took them 2 hours to pick me up at doctors office then drove more than a hour away to pick somebody up before taking me home
They left me Not to get to Two Doctors Appts Aug 27 and August 28 th of 2020.... I am done riding with them !! Parrish Medi Van was always on time , I was on time! what type of company does this ??? i had reservation Numbers a week before my trips . They Confirmed them. No call no Show!! This is far from professional! I will not ride with them ever Again!!! Why cannot the insuRances Leave Good Transportation companies Alone? My last one was the Best! I cannot see how this one will last.treating people this way!! i am now scared of making appts. I Am in Lake City.
Terrible, when they answer the phone they are always rude. We have used it a few times, last one was the worst, the lift on the van didn't work. We were 36 minutes late. Whem getting back, the driver decided to fill up the gas tank instead of doing so when there was no one in it; then she stops at a Wendy's with the 2 other passengers and decided to eat there while my patient ( wheelchair) and i waited. The appointment was at 11 am got back in Live Oak at 4:30 pm. Appointment was in Tallahassee. We use to ride with Parish, to bad they are not available. And much more to add...to the nightmare that this day was. ????????
