Googled/Called many, many places before deciding where to take my 2 teen girls for facial piercings.
Jesse was very pleasant/informative on phone and in person. Her interaction/patience w the girls was appreciated and made the experience easy/enjoyable.
Pricing/Atmosphere were better than expected.
Afterwards, we were given care instructions & her personal contact information in case of any questions. Which was very helpful and convenient.. only took a few minutes to receive a reply text w answer to a question I had texted to her... after hours on New Years Eve!!

I’m so glad I chose this as my place to get my first tattoo. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Dan and Jess were so nice. I went in with a tattoo idea that the wings wasn’t too detailed and Dan was able to find a more detailed pair and use those and I am so happy with the outcome.
Absolutely love this place, everyone here is so welcoming and polite. Did amazing job on my piercing, and i plan on getting more. 5⭐️ reccomend!!!
Great atmosphere, owners are welcoming to all. They are very down to earth. Very clean and big on sanitizing everything. They do above quality work. Offering tattooing and piercing and really fair pricing. And you should definitely check out the New and upcoming tattoo artist Catera. Awesome work.
I had 5 tattoos before coming here, all done at different shops. I decided to try Altered despite some of the negative comments and I couldn’t be happier ! I couldn’t disagree more with the bad quality/high pricing issues. My tattoo was more than reasonably priced especially compared to southside prices nowadays, and given the quality/size I wouldn’t have questioned it if it had costed more. He paid lots of attention to fine lines/detail and elevated a simple crane stencil impressively. Very comfortable environment and it was nice to see an artist actually teaching his apprentice with kindness and respect. I already made an appointment to come back and will be recommending to my friends and family !! Thank you so much for the beautiful crane :)! I wish I found this shop sooner

This was by far the worst place I have ever been. The guy that did mine and my boyfriends tattoos was terrible. He was super shaky like detoxing from
A drug or needing a hit of something. He actually left me mid tattoo to go “ask” something then came back all fine. My tattoo looks shaky and so does my boyfriends.
