Cannot recommend them enough, this review is long overdue. Been with them since 2018, they've been fast, efficient and they really care about patients and customers, and great with advice too. Easily the best pharmacist I've ever been to.

This family run pharmacy is such a valuable asset for our little community. Always warm, kind and friendly, they go out of their way to help with advice and prescription services.
Very efficient, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, they get to know their customers and offer caring support, which always lifts your spirits.

I was a customer but left this morning after my Dr/GP had confirmed several prescriptions had been raised, but had not been delivered.
I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. Family run business. The shop has gone downhill. They use to have a lot of good products. Prices are much higher than any other pharmacy I have been to. They are selling masks at extortionate prices. The wife is very intrusive and says inappropriate comments including constantly telling me my prescription never arrived but actual fact it was there then saying sorry it was a joke. Because of this, I would constantly ask my teenage son to collect my prescriptions to avoid the unpleasantries. Now my son hates going there due to the wifes behaviour as she was doing the same to him. When my child was younger and I had bought something, she used to give my change to my son when I hand my hand out. The husband has always been extremely helpful except the last time I went there to collect my sons medication and he said "oh at least now you are looking after your son for a change" which was extremely out of order. I had two operations due to a foot injury and have limited mobility since 2018 and I am still with the working in the NHS as a Clinical Services Manager and looking after my son. How dare he make such a comment! I have vowed to get my medications elsewhere instead of supporting this local business. They need to take a course in customer service and not upset their customers.
20.5.20: In response to below. I actually was going to delete my comment from Goggle until I read the below response because the gentleman did make that comment which put the nail in coffin about getting prescriptions from your pharmacy. Instead of just saying sorry, you are basically calling me a liar about the unprofessional behaviour. I already spoken about the masks to your establishment and your staff had no response. Is it your entitlement to make whatever comment you like to me as long as the customer does not make it public, then question why they are speaking up now?? The difference between 10 years ago and now is that your staff were not unprofessional then...Everyone is entitled to review your establishment when they are ready and not in your timing whether you like it or not....
The staff at Alpha Pharmacy are brilliant - they all deliver a professional, kind, thoughtful and friendly service. I cannot rate this Pharmacy more highly. Thank you Alpha Pharmacy for looking after our community so well.
