It's a good parking lot for daytime parking. They have only a few EV parking spots by the street and some motorcycle parking in the back. There are 4 kiosks and all 4 of them run slow so don't expect to park and go, there will be a wait. The lot is fairly clean and located near some local attractions.
Lots of space to park. Only concerns is ticketing system. They have one or two ticket kiosk and on holidays there is always a huge line. You have to wait here for ticket at least 30 min on a busy weekend
You're better off taking light rail lift other ride shares to park downtown this parking lot is awful the machines there's no light it's a ticket booth half the times they take close to 5 minutes to warm up to put your credit card in and out 5 to 6 times trying to get the machine to work machines don't work you get a parking ticket they don't answer the telephone so don't waste your time I've been dealing with this a lot for a few years now and it's just getting worse light rails one block away a lot cheaper and more reliable you will not get a ticket that way they have parking security but they don't even get out of their car they just drive through and will not help you when you're having an issue but I'll write you a ticket not fair
This lot is a great place to park but this company that runs it never updates equipment. Makes it so difficult by asking people thier license plate # when 99% people don't know theirs. They also ask for space and it is not intuitive. I have video sitting here for every performance at CoPA each person takes 1-3 to get a ticket. When it is 30 deep and people have tickets and they are there over 1/2 hr early it is ridiculous. Fix your machines
Pay kiosks are not well maintained. The processing speed is quite slow and it took six tries across two machines to get a ticket.
Otherwise, it was cheap and well lit.
Very convenient & accessible. Lot said to have pay station issues, but I didn't encounter. Hard by a creek walk, which leads you to local corporate destinations while offering a lovely walk. City of San Jose parking so reasonably priced.
Inexcusable. Only one out of 4 pay-kiosks were working, and only one of the non-working ones had an "out of order" sign. The one that did work was very slow for some people, worked Ok for others. Took 25 minutes to pay for parking by the time we found a working kiosk and got through the line. Not worth it, should have walked to the convention-center parking garage across the way.
Google Maps called this a "Garage" at one point. It's a flat lot with only one entrance. Appears convenient and cheap, but not worth it.
It is a great through fare to get to and fro all the main places in the area. It's a shortcut from Woz Way to Almaden. It's walking distance to Children's Discovery, lightrail, Center for Performing Arts, Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott Convention Center, Adobe, Cesar Chavez Park, Tech museum, Civic City Center or what ever it is called that has many different venues throughout the year, . There are many other places to go that are literally walking distance from the parking lot. There is almost always parking here. Also if you do not have the desire to walk to your destination after parking your vehicle you can jump on a scooter. They are always many readily available for use day or night. If you are looking for a park to have a picnic at there is a perfect park across the walking bridge that leads from the trail that runs along parking lot. The park is mostly peaceful, quiet, empty and beautiful perfect for a picnic of any size. Major grassy area. Center of everything this parking lot is perfect to utilize if there are many different locations in the area that you must attend.
