I have been a loyal customer to ALL VOLKS for several years. During every encounter I have had a high level of service from OLLIE. I have had a rear seat conversion carried out, cambelt & water pump change, change of coils. Most recently I had a major advisory rectified in a few hours. OLLIE is a fountain of knowledge with motor vehicles. He is extremely hard working and communication is to a high standard. Little touches such as card placed on your seats (prevent any contamination on your seats) and floor means that customer care is always met. Highly recommended 5 ⭐️
Had my cambelt and water pump changed on my Audi by these guys a few months ago. Top service, kept up to date about the progress about my car. Very friendly lady on reception. Would recommend.

gave my car to Ollie because the service light was on after servicing, he quickly got the machine on it, took pictures so i had a better understanding. got all the work done so it was back to working order by the end of the day!

DISGUSTING. My car broke down on the motorway and was towed directly by AA to All Volks Plymouth garage. Had requested for an engine swap as that was the most economical and cost effective for me but Ollie refused and he wanted to charge me £3500 minimum to fix what was wrong with it. I ended up paying for a recovery service to take my car back to my home to find an alternative mechanic. Before my car was taken off the recovery truck, I noticed that my entire exhaust system was gone. It had been stolen whilst in the care of All Volks Plymouth. Ollie, the All Volks mechanic, said he would pay for a replacement but I am yet to hear back from them. Also, found that the work Ollie had done on my vehicle was sub-standard as nothing was put back together again so I have a bag of bolts and parts taken out of the engine and not put back. Absolutely disgusting treatment and got laughed at too and I am now without a working car, let alone the theft of an exhaust worth hundreds to replace. BE WARNED.
Lots of work carried out on my T5 at Allvolks. Friendly team who know their business. All work completed quickly & without fuss. Competitive prices too. Full service, top mounts, rear crash bar re-fit, tow bar and interior trim removal for future conversion... Very pleased with all the work & will definitely be back... Thanks for everything. George

At the time I didn’t know what was wrong however, I had a worrying noise with my steering or suspension so I booked in with this garage.
On the day I dropped off vehicle I waited until 12:30pm. I had not heard from them so I called to ask why I have not heard back with a quote or information regarding the issue. The person I spoke to was not professional and made me feel uneasy for asking about my vehicle/quote. The reply was basically we will look at it soon.
Right, honestly, 25 minutes later! I get a phone call from another person saying we can’t find anything wrong with what your saying, however, we have found all these problems that equate to £300 bill……ok so in 25 minutes you took for a test drive, decided my actual reason for coming to you is non existent, then find problems to the cost of £300. I’m sorry but I’m no fool and see right through this. Terrible service and in my personal opinion an attempt at grabbing easy money.
I decided to risk it and wait for my local to be free, was diagnosed and fixed, within a day.
I'll keep it short and sweet, found Allvolks in an online search, after visiting and discussing the lowering of my VW Caddy, I booked the van in. Ollie searched for and ordered certain parts kits for me when I wasn't sure what I needed, had the van in the next week and did the job exactly as requested. Very happy with the results, van drives great with better handling and looks, I will definitely be using Allvolks in the future, Thanks for the service, really decent local garage. ????
