So far came in ...3 stylist and 4 people one waiting ... no one acknowledged my presence sitting here.. waiting..let's hope it's worth the wait....
I have had two appointments with Amber and she is wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions. I also asked for the "quiet cut" she had posted about on Facebook. It was so relaxing after a stressful day! A great option for someone like me who is shy and not good at making small talk.
Very disappointed. Almost all salons in Mankato are booked out at least a month. I'm from out of town but made an appointment at Allure in April for May 12th at 10:30am. The day of my appointment my stylist, Cassie, personally text me at 9:50am stating she needed to cancel. No apology given. She said she would let me know if she could fit me in later that day and would reschedule with me. I never heard back from her and she never reached out to reschedule. I tried calling the salon multiple times that morning to ask if anyone else had openings that day or to reschedule the appointment myself. No one ever answered the salon phone so I left a voice message....which was also never returned. Overall horrible customer service.
Always a clean salon, always friendly smiles. Cassie is by far the most amazing. I have curly hard to cut hair, and she knows how to cut and style it just right. It's hard finding a good stylist for my kind of hair and it's taken me years to find one as good as her. So long as I can get to her, shes the only one I want handling my hair!
My daughter and I have been going to Cassie for almost 2 years I believe. We both have have curly hair and Cassie knows exactly how to handle it. I'm so glad we have found the best hair stylist around.
The stylists here are amazing. I see Mikayla and she has been doing my girls hair as well. She is great with blondes. She also is AMAZING at hair extensions.
I was trying to use the business and was treated so rudely I will never go to them. It’s so unfortunate that the ideas of first impressions and customer-facing professionalism is dead for Allure.
First visit there after going to the same person for 20 years and I was not disappointed. Tried something new and she knocked it out of the park. If time allows I will be going here for the next 20 years.
