I had a great experience with Alex at all star automotive. He was very patient with me and walked me through all of the process. He had to deal with my extended warranty company but he always made sure to keep me updated and answer any question that I may have had. As a woman it is very difficult trusting repair shops but after replacing the whole engine of my car I can say that these people are very understanding and will explain to you anything you want to know. I would definitely recommend and ask for Alex once you’re there!
I came to Allstar Automative for the Maryland Vehicle Inspection after moving here from Oklahoma. Allstar had a lower rate for the inspection price compared to other shops. The tint on my windows failed inspection but Allstar took off my windows for only $45 and continued the inspection!!! Other shops would stop the inspection and ask you to take the tints off somewhere else. The inspector also put both of my license plates on my car for free ????!!! Since I bought my car in Oklahoma my car didn’t have holes for a front license plate. The Allstar inspector drilled holes to fit a license plate for the front of my car. I really appreciate the great services I received from Allstar Automative. I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone who is looking for affordable and great services. ????
I'm a long time customer of All Star automotive. They've always done good work on my cars' needs. The staff, especially the owner, Eric, are friendly, helpful, and personable. Allstar can deal with a wide variety of automotive problems quickly.
The services that my family and I received was not professional. My family and I were told that the car services we requested would take 2-3 hours so we went home but then 15 minutes later, they called us. We were disrespectfully told to hurry up and come back because the mechanic had somewhere to be, yet we were told to come back in 2-3 hours. The mechanic was yelling and being rude on the phone when we told him that we would be on our way but it will take some time because we had to call an Uber. Their customer service was not good.
Awesome professional. 2020 Acura MDX broke down during a family trip and we got it towed to Allstar with 15 minutes to closing. They diagnosed it and had us on the road the very next morning, wasting no time.
Allstar saved my car (Mitsubishi Lancer 2003) on 2/16/2024. The car was sent to "Mr. Tire" repair shop and Mr. Tire could not fix it. Then I found Allstar which is right next to the Mr. Tire. The manager of Allstar walked to the parking lot of Mr. Tire to check my car and told me he can get it fixed. Allstar saved the day and my car was working again. I recommend Allstar to everyone whose car needs serious fix and "Allstar will not be scared."
The service is fast and communication fantastic! They also offer financing options to get those sudden breakdowns taken care of. Great bunch of guys…honest and genuine. Thanks Eric, David, Alex 1 and Alex 2!!!!
I went in because my car was overheating and the service provided was fast and efficient. My car is running good and the repair shop even did a follow up call. I will definitely be using them again
