Best KPortal Reviews

The staff are clearly trying to do their best and although the place is dreadfully under stocked with queues of people waiting in the shop for their prescription. One lady was told her prescription did not exist and they could do nothing despite the person being very ill. Others had been waiting only to be told there was nothing in and they would need to come back. I was asked when I first put my prescription in and it was two days prior to my visit, they asked who I spoke too and when I identified the person, she said she had slept since then and didnt remember me. On the brightside, they did find my prescription and it only took approximately 40 minutes from entering the shop to be served. On the whole the staff are trying their best and in the main very friendly, but more help is needed and a better system putting in place.
2022- scroll down for a update.
Not fit to be running.
Staff shortages leaving the doors closed, 111 reffering for emergency prescriptions here, and they're in the back accepting them. EVEN THOUGH YOUR CLOSED. Meaning I can't get my tablets even from another pharmacy because you've accepted it even though your closed..?
By the way leaving residents who clearly need the pharmacy aka the old woman with Oxygen tanks needing to speak to you outside and without notice being closed is ridiculously scary. Your putting people's life's at risk. You need to be investigated
Updated 03/2023.
Apparently this pharmacy is being taken over with new ownership, I revisited for a urgent prescription.
Stock inside the pharmacy is bare, but a lovely friendly woman behind the counter is certainly trying her best.
Long ques, but to be honest it took only 10 minutes to get my prescription which I feel is a vast improvement over previous visits. Ive updated to 3 stars as the above is still a major concern.
Absolutely shocking service. First I’m given a prescription that isn’t even mine, then when she finally comes back to me from being out the back chatting with the other ladies about their wonderful bank holiday weekends (which all customers can hear!) she tells me I will have to wait. It will be 15 minutes, 30 minutes or maybe a couple of hours.. how is anyone supposed to plan the rest of their day around timings like that?
There isn’t a nice word said about Lloyds pharmacy Callington, they’re absolutely useless and everybody says the same!
I tried to book a flu jab with my GP surgery nothing until 4 weeks time and only on a saturday, then turn up and stand in line.
As I have a lung condition didn't fancy this so rang Lloyds Pharmacy in Callington to see if they could help. What a breath of fresh air - spoke to Karen who said no problem, next Wednesday 2 timed appointments late morning, for myself and my husband. No charge as we are over 65, brilliant, well done Lloyds and Karen, 5 star service and thank you so much.
Seems terribly disorganised. Many staff but only 1 seems to serve a long queue. Also checked to see if it was open on a Saturday afternoon on the website it said it was. Got there and it was shut. They really need to make sure the website is up to date so people don’t have a wasted journey. Callington desperately needs a customer focused and efficient pharmacy.
Absolutely shocking service. Put script on for end of life care and asked if all the items were available. Yes was the reply. Told I could collect in an hour. Said I would collect tomorrow as they were busy. Come in to collect not even made up. Absolute joke. Other customers complaining that script weren’t ready and they even lost one. Worrying to say the least. Lady with the curly hair useless.
Directed to this pharmacy by NHS 111 to collect an emergency prescription
Was told by 111 that the pharmacy would be open today, Saturday 13th. Arrived approximately 20 minutes after ending the call to find the Pharmacy was closed which a notice in the window saying they did not know when they would be open.
Not very helpful as I needed the prescription and now needed to ring 111 again to find an alternative location. Following ring 111 again, I was informed Lloyd pharmacy had accepted the prescription that had been issued and this was now unable to be changed to another pharmacy. How are they accepting prescriptions if the pharmacy is closed.
Changed hands recently. You might think for the better. No chance !. Still got the same useless person behind the counter.and as usual the big long queue.
And the same conversation in the queue.
NO CHANGE ????
