They will call you at the most inconvenient times then not answer when you call back at your own convenience during business hours. The only helpful person so far has been Veronica even though she sometimes drops the ball. I will update when I get my car back.
I met with an accident on 59 in my Nissan Rogue, and was towed to this location. During the initial 2 or 3 weeks into the repair, I was not happy with their service (response, timely updates, pace). All this changed when I met Moe. Moe is a Supervisor there. He is totally customer oriented and a very nice person who will go the extra mile to satisfy you. He took my case as his responsibility and handled it very well. He was always on top of things and always provided me with timely updates about what was happening with my car. He interacted with the Adjuster/s of my insurance many times to get things done quick. I got my car back a few days back as promised, and the quality of work is top notch. I am very happy with the way Moe got this done. If you are at this repair shop, I recommend you contact Moe and am sure he will make things easier for you.
I wasn't planning to write a review but they just wasted too much of my time and money.
If your car gets towed here, read what you sign.. I've had nothing but bad experiences here. Items stolen from car, missing spare tire (believe it or not), and to top it off they even ordered the wrong parts for my car. Oscar is a nice guy but I can't ever seem to get a call back from they guy after multiple promises to do so.
Notice the reviews are only 5 star or 1 star, which one will you be? Take it for what it's worth, good luck..
I can't even recommend a star. This was the worst experience ever. First of all they were not authorized to repair the vehicle. Me and the State Farm representative asked what was the process to release the vehicle to be picked up and Oscar come in and sign a release and the document signed was something totally different. When you call you get two different companies. Second they lie. The receptionist is very rude. The vehicle was brought to them on January 3rd and it was not until February 27 that the car was ready. The parts used to repair the vehicle are used parts and not Toyota parts. The repairs done are not complete. They repaired a steering column and now the radio does not work. The Windshield was not repaired and the driver side door was not aligned correctly. Oscar made untrue statements, and states that it is now our responsibility to have the repair completed. If you were given the check to complete the repairs you should complete the repairs. Oscar now tells us to take it to the dealership. I am writing State Farm as well as the BBB. Fraud collision service. I will have to come out of pocket to have the vehicle repaired correctly. If your vehicle is towed to Allied please take it somewhere else.
I highly recommend Allied Collision & Auto Repair.
My car was involved in a car accident where the party at fault had a sketchy insurance, and everyone from Allied Collision has been so nice since the beginning, starting by the guys driving the tow trucks, Brenda and all the customer service guys (Ahmed, Mohammed, Johnny).
My car had over $12,000 worth of damage, and this guys not only did they help me get the sketchy insurance to pay, but they fixed it very quick. They are also very open to let you know where your car stand.
My car looks great, I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and it has had a couple situations where the Check Engine soon light comes up, but as soon as I call Brenda, they have a great response and get whatever might be wrong done quickly. At the end, they honor the life time warranty they give you.
This place is causing such a headache. I got in a slight accident which unfortunately caused my bumper to be torn off. The wrecker took the car to this location and I almost let them fix my car. Something was giving me a bad feeling, so I told them I’d give a day to sleep on it and decide after I spoke with my insurance company. They ended up putting me in a rental which was HORRIBLE. Car had a terrible smell, stains everywhere, sun visor missing, headlight out and bugs crawling out of the door frame. Once I saw that there was no way I was letting these people take care of my car. They can’t even take care of their own property. Went the next day to sign authorization for release and the reps were trying way too hard to make me keep my car there. It’s my car, and my choice where it goes. Just leave me alone already. After signing the release its been 4 business days (plus weekend) and my car still hasn’t made it to Acura. Come to find out allied is giving the towing company a hard time because they want a large sum paid in CASH from the insurance before they will release my car. This is ridiculous. I don’t understand why they would expect cash from an insurance company. I am with a good well known company they will obviously get their money. Shady shady shady is all I can think of when it comes to these people
If you are by any chance looking at Google Reviews while this company is trying to tow your car, tell them to leave and call another company or have them tow you to another collision center. Took them a month to repair my car with no updates and they returned my car which broke down a few days later and wanted hundreds more to get it repaired. They returned the vehicle with warning lights on and I have missing items from my car. I believe a few customers including myself have reached out to the AG and I hope this place gets shut down.
Do not take your car there, they will install use parts and charge you for new parts, they take way too long to fix your car, not knowing if they taking all the new parts off your car ans install use one. I repeat do not take your car there. Oscar and the rest should not be trust. They will over charge you and then at the end will ask you to give them 5 stars before you leave.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Stay away from this place I’m begging you.
