This was our 1st time bringing a vehicle to this establishment. We were recommended by someone who has known Said for a long time. He told us he was an honest guy and would do a good job also in a timely manner. The day he said it would be ready was the day he called us to come get the car.
We are satisfied with the work and to top it of his customer service is great. He takes the time to help you out and hear you out on whatever problem you are having with your car. Also treats you like he's known you for a long time, all around great customer service. FYI works on hybrids if you need a repair. Thanks again!

My Car Problem: check engine light and electric parking maintenance lights came on
I took my car to brakes plus and then the Honda dealership, all they could tell me is that they need to do a diagnostic that will cost me $100(brakes plus) and $180 (Honda dealership) … they didn’t even walk me through a checklist or show me what they checked to lead up to this point.
When a friend recommend this place and I called in, the gentleman said he was there until noon and asked me to bring it in before then. He even made sure my car make and year was something his shop is experienced in. When I arrived, he knew I was the one that called. He asked to sit in my car with his scanner and opened up my hood to check on my engine. He took the time to ask me questions to see what may caused this while checking my car.
Outcome: my electric brakes work and check engine light along with electric parking light no longer on dashboard even after driving throughout the day; and he even advised that if I see the engine light back on within the week to bring it in bc he will then have to check my evap and he even told me how they would do it.
Mechanics here are extremely helpful & talented. I have gone multiple times with personal vehicles and have also sent family and friends. They have always done a fantastic job, transparent with job timing and price.
