They are always very helpful, quite welcoming which is nice, never had any issues, all are usually very straight forward. At times I would make a phone first just to clarify a few things before and they're never been an issue.
During Covid times they should accept the card (less contact prone reducing probability of germs, virus spread) rather than asking for cash , also since the nearby cash machine is moved now to new CO-OP (which is a quite long distance) this makes it discomforting. Overall, service is okey as any other pharmacy
Always nice to visit as everyone is pleasant and friendly. Just what a local pharmacy should be like - pity the GP surgery in the village isn't as good.

In all the years of knowing them, they have not been disappointing and as a regular in Cranfield I find it to be quite convenient to have them close by like they are.
