I recently had a medical emergency and had to call 911 for help. The two ladies manning unit 1162 who responded to La Mirada st in Portland TX were absolutely amazing and competent. I was then transported to Doctor's regional hospital in Corpus Christi by an Allegiance unit and was taken great care of by the supervisor and his professional partner. This is a truly amazing and competent company. Thank you and God bless you.
We are from the Alice area and my elderly grandmother hit her emergency alert to have our service call 911 when she did the EMS apparently threw her her phone and were being so rude. She was clearly upset and asked them to leave so these people left her on the floor, did not bother to notify any of our family members, which live literally a few hundred feet away. She was found cold and pale at 7am by one of our family members. Today the same guy was called to pick her up and he made a comment that he’d been to this location before and left her thrown on the floor. He was also being very rude to my husband and myself. So heartbreaking something needs to be done about this.
Don’t work here if you’re not doing 911. This is by far the worse EMS company I’ve worked for in my 15 years of EMS. I’d leave if it wasn’t for my wife’s job being in south Texas.
These company is definitely not customer friendly. My wife recently was transported from one hospital to another with no reason that I could not take her.. The hospital did not give us a choice of using our own vehicle once she walked in and they decided to send her to another hospital. They also did not give us a choice of ambulance sebervices. This company is not on our insurance and they refused to go take what BCBS offered. My wife spoke to them about the $2000.00 charge to go 10 miles and said that if we did not pay in 30 days they charge 5% each month it is not paid. Do not allow thiscompany to do business here and screw customers. They said they don't have a contract with BCBS and I say I did not ask for their service and I don't have a contract with them and I didn't agree to pay them anything especially a 5% interest charge.
My father was in the hospital choking and one of the paramedics said I don’t work here. I then explained he was choking and he wouldn’t even turn around. There were people around that witnessed this and it’s beyond me how a person wouldn’t even acknowledge that this was a life or death matter. Very unprofessional and I am disgusted that he didn’t even care.
This is an employee of this sorry excuse of a mobile health company. This is SO sad and disgusting that these are the kind of people we trust to handle our sick loved ones that need help. This company needs to be shut down or needs to be taken over by someone who actually cares about people’s lives. Absolutely appalling that this employee is judging a patient because of their weight.
This is a terrible company who doesn’t care about their employees at all. It’s evident based on the equipment lack of leadership. They don’t even get time to eat or sleep. I feel bad for them.
They really need to get audio and video to show how rude and disrespectful they are to patients who have to constantly explain to them what's going on .
