Very helpful reply to a message about current menu and pricing so that we could telephone order our Easter lunch for 8 of us to just drive down from Rockley Park and collect it! Lunchtime specials were delicious, we had several fish and chips, sausage and chips, cheeseburger and curry sauce. Would highly recommend, we will be going back ????
Staff are always friendly and welcoming, my order is always taken within a minute of walking in most of the time within 30secs. Food is always extremely good quality and its not to expensive either it's fairly priced. Love the idea of their stamps on the menu. Would highly recommend. They always get the right amount of salt and vinegar to.
Had cod and chips twice, outstanding !! fresh clean chips, cod was crispy and flaky, staff so polite! Stopped on our way back to Lilliput on a whim, but will now make this our go to chip shop. Worth the travelling.
Just paid for 2 large cods 1 large chips 1 small chips. 1 of the fish was small portion. Joined 2 pieces of tail. Not even a small fish. First time customer won't be back
Nice staff but portion size vary and when you've got a fair few mouths to feed and you need large, it's very rarely a large size portion which is disappointing, especially when you spend a fair amount on the food.
Went for the first time the other week since moving to the area. Taking my order was quick but I was instantly put off by noticing that the fish was left out on the counter with multiple flies landing and having a great time. The chips were old and safe to say I know I got my food poisoning from here
Took my Grandson for a treat. I have to say that apart from a little wait, it was well worth it. Lovely grub with friendly staff. Well done guys.
Fabulous fish and chips! A queue waiting patiently for their orders is always a good sign. Honestly, the best batter we've ever had - beautiful and crisp, without drying the fish out too.
