Had my last oil change done here on my vehicle, when I brought my car to the dealer to get its oil change done this time they told me that the wrong drain plug was put back in and the head was stripped. I have a Chevy and they put a Volkswagen plug in it. I will never be back to this business again.
Expensive and when I changed my oil after they did it last my oil filter was on so tight I need Channel locks to get it off also bent my oil filter wrench in the process.
Watch out for "extras" when getting oil change! They charged me $32 for a cup or two of coolant. Other than that they were great. Incredibly fast and convenient. I was in and out in 10 min.
Had my oil changed, a windshield was also replace but it is still not wiping well even with the new windshield, so a little disappointed for that. Otherwise good service, the workers very friendly and respectful.
Horrible slow. They made me wait until the car in the other bay, who came after me, before checking me out. I waited an extra 15 minutes. Price was 100.00. Not going back ever
Well I'm very unhappy I went there today to get my oil changed in preparation for upcoming Winter. When I drove in my brakes were working fine. They told me that I had a leaky brake line at that I needed to get it looked at right away. I barely made it home my pedal went all the way to the floor. It wasn't doing that when I drove in.
They are a good place to go, I just wished they would vacuum out my car & wash the inside of my windshield. The rest I can do easily!!????
