They DEFINITELY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE COMPANY they quoted me $575 for a local move that should have taken no more then 3 hours MILKED the clock. We left first location at the same time, they arrived
30 min. Later then us. Then held my stuff hostage till I payed them $800 cash ( because they charge a 7% fee for using a card) then REFUSED to give me a reciept. After paying them,
they dropped my stuff in front of my apartment building, Drove off laughing.
I have used moving companies in the past many times over the years. Some good, some decent, and some very poor. All Pro was a fantastic choice for many reasons. First off they answered the phone, scheduled my move in a very timely manner, and were accommodating to my needs. They were professional (Stephanie) in particular and very helpful.
The crew of 3 showed up on time and were 3 of the nicest best great personalities one could ask for. No complaining as i am used to, just wanted to do whatever made me happy and got right to business, no wasting time.
Anyone reading this review owes it to themselves to try All Pro.
I wouldn't use anyone else, that's the truth!

It involved three separate moves, weeks of storage, multiple deliveries, our chinaware and furniture, and my goodness; everything came out PERFECTLY. And when complications arose, every All Pro team member came up with creative ideas to solve any problem. I had used this company before with my former business, and they were superb then. My thanks to all the staff members at All Pro Movers., top quality moving and storage company. Thanks again, guys! Job well done.
I hired all promovers to handle my move. The staff is very responsive and treat you really well. The movers take care of your furniture. I had bulky recliners and glass tables and a TV everything was professionally wrapped and handled and got to my new place safely. I highly recommend their service.
All Pro provided great service and worked efficiently and effectively so we weren’t moving all day and didn’t buffer the time to make more money. Price was fair for truck and 4 movers. Some miscommunication in the beginning of the day was rectified and the movers were polite and professional.
All Pro Movers are very professional, reliable, and just down right take care of business. They assisted our senior residents with packing and moving and do so with care and patience. But still manage to keep up on deadlines. We’re so glad to have found this company and highly recommend them for any moving needs.
These people are HORRIBLE! DO NOT BOOK THEM AT ALL! Don't let the glitz and glam fool you. My goods were damGed, broken, & moved into another storage without ju consent. My lamps were broken. My vintage fan was missing. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! Travis is the only person that was honest. They don't have storage they rent out from uhaul! They lost my things! I spent over 500.00 and I've yet to even receive an apology! They delivered someone else's goods to my home. They were throwing my boxes. Stephanie was a little helpful. I'm so upset and devastated!
I want to say first and foremost, the moving guys were nice and did the best they could. That being said I had many issues. I was given a 3 hour time frame, from 3-6. They did not show up until 9:00 PM. This is due to the scheduling issues, not the drivers. There was only one call around 5pm letting me know they were behind. Other than that, there was no communication from anyone. Meanwhile I am sitting at my house waiting around all day. I scheduled this move a week in advance, so any scheduling issues should have been taken care of. Second, after I had to call multiple times to get updates they said they would give me a discount and send an extra guy to help speed things up due to it being so late. They did not sent another guy at first. The guys that helped me move had been going since 9 am and were so tired they were getting sloppy. Not their fault, but the company should not be expecting these guys to do this all day and expect to "handle with care". One of the other movers that work there finally called after about hours or loading, so its basically 1100PM at night and said they were going to send a couple more guys out to help. So around midnight when we got to the new house, they had a couple extra guys show up to help unload, which was great as it sped things up. The card reader was not working so they took my card and ran it back at the office. Well I asked them about the discount for being 3 hours late past the 3 hour window and he said to call the office the next morning to deal with it. They charged the card that night for the full amount, with no discount. I called the office the next day and they said it was already charged they could not change it. I know this is not true, so told them I deserve some compensation for the bad experience, the lady said she would look into and never called me back. Terrible experience with the office. Would not recommend because of this. The guys that moved me were all great though.
