God bless these guys! They have been the best mechanics I have ever worked with in my many years of driving older vehicles and a lot of repairs. They replaced an engine for us and saved us a lot of money over the last few years with other repairs as well since we've had the pleasure of knowing them. I can't possibly recommend them enough and wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you guys, for all you do and for being such good, hard working and honest people. That's hard to find in the automotive business!
By far the best vehicle service I've experienced! During this pandemic time it's been stressful and unfortunately lots off people are trying to take advantage of others. Fernando on the other hand was kind, supportive and helpful. He went out of his way to help me get vehicle back on road after having some difficulties with the first mechanic I took my vehicle to. After almost 3 weeks without my vehicle Fernando in just a day had my Jeep running smoothly. Talk about great quality service, solid communication, great timing at an extraordinary price. Fernando and his shop is my go to place for all my future repair endeavors.
Fernando is very honest ,great communication, sent me updates throughout the repair process,quality work, and fast service.He also saved new $ by explaining i didn't need some repairs that I had expected & thats very rare to find someone not trying to push out unnecessary repairs just to make $.The quality of work was exceptional! Highly recommend to anyone. He's got a customer for life in fact I picked up my vehicle from him and dropped off another.
Took my car to Fernando and he took care of me in a timely manner for half the price another shop quoted me. He was straight forward and credible. If you want good service from good people, i suggest these guys. Good looking out and I'll be going back if i need any other work done.
Had a cracked rim on my truck; called around for repairs and quoted prices which I thought to be pretty high.
I contacted All-Out to see what repairs they offer. Fernando answered and told me that he could send out the rim for repair, but who would repair them would probably quote me the same price as the others. He asked what vehicle the rim belonged to. After responding to him, he mentioned he had a set of OEM wheels from the same vehicle and provided me a deal which, was a much better deal than having the repair made.
I accepted the offer and drove to the shop immediately. Fernando allowed me to inspect the wheels prior to install. After approval, he and his father got to work on my truck. This entire process, from initial call to driving away, took less than 2 hours. Fernando was professional, reasonable and friendly. He and his father can expect repeat business from now on. I would recommend All-Out to anyone in the Houston Area.
I went in for oil leak, and clicking noise. The only thing they could fix, was oil leak. They dint know anything elsa that could trace the clicking noise. I was told they would clean my oil pan. They lied dint do anything but spray. They don't do anything elas. But fix oil leak. And sure they can fix a tire. Out side that. They can't fix anything elsa. B ware. They will say one thing and don't do it.I had a iolite leak, come to find out. They dint do my bottom leak. Have there work look at by anotherMannix. T TheFather and Sin are both lies. Run.!!!. Fast forward, I'm getting work on my car guess what the macanic found the oil pan gasket that sits on top of my motor is leaking. It cost me 650 dollars. When u hear they do good work, I'm warning you. They should stick to tires. Don't let them do major work. U should check with another manic to verify there work. How awful. It's leaking.
I needed some suspension work and new tires, got a great deal and quick, friendly service! I'll definitely bring my car back if it needs work in the future.
After "fixing" my own brakes (I know, I know), they wouldn't bleed and were super mushy. I called and they said they would work on it that day since I needed the truck for a trip over the weekend. After a bit, Fernando called and said the parts store sold me the wrong part (which somehow fit) which is why it wouldn't bleed. Got the correct part and they had it fixed up by the end of the day on very short notice for a very reasonable price. Well worth it to have a professional sign off on my botched brake job. Solid communication, very polite, quick, and professional. Thanks guys!
