Can't say enough good things about Chuck. Great mechanic, fair, honest, friendly, trustworthy - the list goes on. Having had bad experience at other places, with going in for one problem and having three new issues "mysteriously" pop up, or not even being able to make it out of the parking lot because a repair wasn't done correctly and it costing more than the quoted price; I can't emphasize what an absolute treasure Chuck and his team are. Recently the serpentine belt broke on my vehicle, it was Thursday afternoon. We called Chuck, arranged to have my car towed to him, he said that he probably wouldn't be able to get to it until Tuesday but that he would look at it and see if he could get to it sooner. The car was repaired and ready to go the following day. When, a few days later the new belt failed, Chuck had my car towed back to him at his expense. Because there was no piece of the belt left to explain what happened or to turn in to the manufacturer for reimbursement under the warranty, Chuck ate the cost of the replacement and repair. Also because of this and there not being an explanation for what happened to the new belt or why it was just gone, he replaced a few other parts related to the serpentine belt that seemed fine but he just wanted to cover all his bases. All of this - the tow, the replacement, the extra parts and work - done at no expense to me, and my car was ready the following day. He not only does great work, but he stands behind that work.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while! Chuck and his crew are amazing. So helpful, understanding, caring, and most importantly, qualified. I cannot overstate how helpful these guys have been to me.

Due to mis-fueling at a Coleman Oil station, our Sienna soon went dead in the middle of an intersection. Thank goodness for AAA and the tow truck driver that recommended All Out Auto. We are from out of town so we had the van towed there. We found Chuck and the other mechanics very knowledgeable and helpful. They did an amazing job getting the engine system cleaned out, the damaged parts replaced and at a reasonable cost. I was very impressed and grateful!

Chuck is awesome. Took our car there to get it fixed. He was very thorough. Reasonable prices.

The negative review he has, sounds personal to me, and not true. Upset ME for Chuck.... trolls abound! Honest work and fair pricing.... period.

Chuck was exceptional; was able to jump me to the front of the line and then discovered I had made a mistake with a repair. He jumped in and fixed my mistake in tandem with servicing my chevy silverado. Can't say enough about Chuck except I plan on bringing all of my car maintenance and service needs to him.

Stripped mounting plate and bolt for my disc brakes and never told me about it. Dishonest. It was Chuck and because that's his modus operandi. I can add a picture to prove it if you'd like ????

I was referred to All Out Auto by my father who's new to the area and had a good experience with Chuck giving his recently acquired used vehicle a thorough look over and some minor repairs. I brought my 2015 Forester to Chuck to get his quote on a small lift kit I had acquired and he was honest letting me know he had never done a lift on a newer Forester but felt confident with doing the job in ~2 hours. On the day it was scheduled, Chuck ran into an unknown issue causing the car to read error codes that weren't relevant to the lift kit and was unsure how to proceed. He kept the car an extra day but got everything squared away, allowed me to come after hours to pick it up, and didn't charge me any more than what he initially quoted. Chuck does honest work at an extremely reasonable rate and is a great guy to chat with. I'll be referring him to friends as car issues arise and wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back to him.
