Extremely Disappointed with All Ours Towing Service
I recently had an urgent need for a tow due to my vehicle being stuck in the snow, and I was unfortunately left stranded by All Ours Towing, a service contacted through AAA. Despite the emergency nature of my situation, my experience was far from satisfactory, leading me to caution others about relying on them in times of need.
After reaching out to All Ours Towing, I was initially relieved thinking help was on the way. However, my relief quickly turned to frustration and disappointment. After waiting for an hour, during which my hope and patience dwindled, they unceremoniously cancelled the service. There was no substantial explanation provided, leaving me to speculate on the reasons behind such a decision.
The circumstances surrounding the cancellation lead me to believe that the motive was financially driven. It became evident that trucks were actively patrolling the area, offering immediate cash tows to stranded drivers. This situation suggests a preference for more lucrative opportunities over fulfilling a commitment to a customer in distress, facilitated through a reputable service like AAA.
This experience not only left me stranded and helpless in a challenging situation but also deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and reliability demonstrated by All Ours Towing. The disregard for a customer's emergency needs in favor of profit is unacceptable in a service-oriented industry, especially when dealing with situations that could potentially compromise one's safety.
I strongly advise against using All Ours Towing if you find yourself in need of emergency roadside assistance. Their inability to deliver on their promises and apparent prioritization of profit over service can leave you in a precarious, if not dangerous, situation. There are more reliable and ethical towing services available that understand the importance of timely and committed service, especially in emergency scenarios.

I must express my profound disappointment and concern over the discrepancies and denials present in your reply. It is disconcerting to see my genuine distress and the issues I faced with All Ours Towing being questioned or outright dismissed based on your records. Shame on you.
Firstly, the assertion that there is no record of my service call is deeply troubling. This claim suggests a significant lapse in your operational integrity or record-keeping, as I have clear documentation and correspondence related to my service request, including the confirmation from AAA. To imply that my situation "appears to not exist" is not only incorrect but also dismissive of the distress and inconvenience I experienced as a result of your service's failure to assist me in a time of need.
Your defense against the financial motivation behind service cancellations and the assertion that your company does not engage in practices such as offering immediate cash tows to stranded drivers contradicts my observations. Multiple tow operators were soliciting cash tows to the stranded motorist's, was your company there as well? The insinuation that my account and observations are speculative or unfounded is offensive and undermines the validity of customer grievances.
I am escalating this matter by sharing my experience and evidence with AAA, consumer protection agencies, social media platforms, and the BBB to ensure that potential customers are aware of the risks of relying on All Ours Towing. I had hoped for a resolution that acknowledged the shortcomings in service and communication, but your response has regrettably compelled me to take further action.
Your offer to discuss the situation over the phone, while appreciated, seems inadequate to rectify the situation or restore my trust in your company's commitment. All Ours Towing never even apologized or accepted accountability, truly disappointing.

I had the consummate pleasure of having TJ as my tow truck driver after calling AAA.
I was in the absolute middle of nowhere, in the mountains of West Virginia, and he arrived quickly. And took myself and my Volvo back to my house. Unfortunately, I have had to have several tows in the past 30 years since I received my drivers license and
my first car.
And this was by far the best experience that I’ve ever had. TJ is a total rockstar.
They are the best. We received a tow and a ride from Thomas, WV to Pittsburgh through AAA. Highly recommended. Thanks TJ. By the way it was a water pump.
Needed a tow after wrecking car at Blackwater Falls State Park. They were communicative even over a weekend winter storm and helped problem solve by connecting us with a heavy recovery company and- eventually- towing our beloved Lexus to her final resting place. Full marks to Cary and crew for customer service and communications throughout it all.
I had an unexpected mishap with my car ending up in a ditch, but thanks to All Ours Towing, my day turned around completely! Their quick response, professionalism, and efficient service were impressive. The driver arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and expertly pulled my car out of the ditch without a scratch. Their driver was helpful and friendly. I could not be more grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend All Ours Towing to anyone in need of reliable towing services.
Don’t call this place. What a joke. Brought a customers car in to our shop and the ripped the bumper off. Worse towing company out here!
We hit a deer 8 hrs from home early in the morning. Cary was amazing getting her team out helping us quickly and making sure they had room for our children as well. TJ came out and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. It was such a relief to be treated like family in a very vulnerable situation. I wish we could do more, 5 stars is not enough for this wonderful company. We will never forget you guys!
We where visiting the Black Falls on vacation from Michigan when our van broke down, AAA called Ours Towing, they came out gave us a tow to a repair shop the driver recommended in Oakland Maryland where we were staying with family, he also recommended several spots we could visit in the area (don't remember his name) The repair shop was able to squeeze us in the next day and we were able to get our vehicle Saturday morning, he helped us out of a tight spot when we had no idea what we where going to do or where to take our vehicle
