I usually do not write reviews, especially ones that aren’t good because I hate to put businesses down and know it’s a lot of effort to build a Business but the owner was so bad at customer service that I felt like a review is the nicest thing I could do. ???? I came to this nail salon because it was closest to my house.
My friend and I entered the nail salon and told the owner that we wanted our finger nails and toes done. We arrived about two -three hours before closing. She then mentioned that we aren’t going to want to pay the price of getting Both done because it’s too expensive when I asked her the price she thought for a second and give me a random price and then when I told her the price was OK with me she began to say that I was not going to want to get it done and that should’ve been my first sign to leave because at that point it was clear she just did not want to do both. My friend is at this point, not wanting to get anything done by this place from that alone but me being nice I told her well let’s just get our fingers done we got the fingers done and the nails were lifting the first week and they were a little lumpy. The lady that works at the hair store near this store is so sweet but the people at this nail salon are not honest people. From my experience if they do not feel like working or being lazy they will make excuses on why they cannot do your nails a certain way or do certain services. It was a lady and a man there alone. They rushed the process so that they can sit back and watch TV again ????
My fiance and I went to go get our feet done for Christmas. It was such a pleasant experience for him! He's never done anything like that before and now he says he'll never stop LOL
They are sometimey sometimey depending on who does your nails. Very rough.
The place isn’t fancy, but I just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. He thoroughly removed cuticles and cleaned my feet like I’ve never had before.
Update - went back here again today and I won’t go back again I’ll go to nails etc instead at victory crossing. I looked through all their gel colors they had like one shade of white. Also it’s hot in there and the main woman there listens to extremely loud tv or something on her phone while doing ur nails that’s just kind of rude to me. Plus my gel mani pedi would have been 80 there, I could drive 10 more mins to victory crossing and be at a way nicer placer with better atmosphere, way more color/design choices and friendlier people. I had an amazing pedi there before but can’t get past the lack of options, poor customer service and bad ambiance.
Nowhere does pedicures better than All Nails. The male tech goes the extra mile, always! Please tip him well. He deserves it. I went somewhere else just 2 weeks ago. Yes, they were in a better neighborhood & their place was more plush but I left the other place feeling like I'd have done a better job myself. All Nails is great & reasonably priced!
Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Only reason I come is because fiance has to go to AA (alcoholic class) nearby. Anyway, I go here to get my nails done since I have to drive him near high street. They are sooo good!!! They do absolutely perfect gel nails. They take their time and really work hard. I am so glad I found them because I hate driving here to this area, but they save my day everytime.People here have said they are a little pricey. No way! Their prices are really great. Finally I don't get ripped off and can tip them well. Don't be cheap people tip them! Also don't be rude to them. Be respectful. I have heard a few people being rude. I love this little place.
i went 5 days ago and all of my nails were about to come off i paid 170 total and usually when i get my feet and nails done i dont mind but this is ridiculous! i went to have them fixed and they look TERRIBLE do not waste your time or money !
I tried this place out of desperation because everyone else was booked. Cheapest prices EVER but you get what you pay for. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure took all of 15 minutes including soaking. I left still needing a pedicure. The full set was so messy! Bumps in the acrylic and paint everywhere.
