They were able to get us on the schedule immediately. The driver tried to help us diagnose what’s wrong with our vehicle. The cost for the tow was also cheaper than anywhere else in town. 10/10 recommend!
We had to have a vehicle towed from a body shop in Bloomington, IN, to our town, and this company gave us an outstanding quote on the tow job. We didn't have a time-frame (except by the end of day), so I can't really judge his speed; he got it to us when we asked. He was very professional.
Also, even though it had rained for days before he arrived, he didn't tear up the yard when he had to turn around his truck. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend him!
I came out from shopping at Walmart with my young son and I saw I had a flat tire. It was cold and raining and no one would help me so I started calling towing companies. They were the 3rd company I tried. No one else answered the phone. I explained my situation And he was there within minutes. He changed my tire while my son sat in the truck to stay warm. He was professional, fast and he didn’t charge me! I tried to pay but he wouldn’t accept. Great company. I will call again!
Ordered a tow through roadside assistance app. Showed up over an hour past original eta. Kept making excuses after the fact. The driver claimed he had a flat tire and couldnt let me know because he had bad reception. Or that the dispatcher should have told me. This was AFTER I has already gotten a message from him saying he'd arrive in 15 minutes. Never showed. Completely unprofessional!

Beating EVERYONES PRICE AROUND BY MORE THAN JUST A FEW DOLLARS! SOMETIMES HALF OR MORE! CALL AROUND GET QUOTES FROM THE OTHERS , THEN CALL US LAST AND LET ME KNOW WHO HAD THE CHEAPEST RATE AND ILL STILL BE CHEAPER !!! AND DO JUST AS GOOD OF SAFE WORK , IF NOT BETTER.... BEEN DOIN THIS ALONG TIME , DROVE FOR EM ALL ROUND HERE ,REASON I CAN CHARGE SUCH A LOW PRICE IS I OWN MY TRUCKS AND DONT HAVE A RIDICULOUS MONTHLY TRUCK PAYMENTS TO COME UP WITH , MAY NOT BE A 2023 KENWORTH BUT GETS THE JOB DONE THE SAME. I called them to get a tow because my car broke down. Was friendly on the phone but never showed up. Tried to call him back after 2 hours and they couldnt even answer the phone. Called someone else and they were there in less than 10 minutes .Horrible
My roadside dispatched them to tow my vehicle. 2 hours l and they still have not answered calls or text.
