Best KPortal Reviews

Jason and his crew are very nice and responsive. Their prices are fair and they had my vehicle ready when they said it would be. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! After such a great experience with my vehicle at their shop-I completely trust them!! Support your local small business owners!!
Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with Mechanic . I brought my Ford Ranger Into the shop to get my tires replaced and my exhaust fixed. I had a budget to start with when I came in not only were they able to fix the issues but they also found more problems and we’re able to address them and still stay under my budget. The staff was very friendly and stayed in contact with me consistently throughout the process. They gave me multiple choices on products to help keep the cost down. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of mechanic work on their vehicle.
Will definitely visit again. Open and upfront about the cost and completed my repairs quickly with no issues.
Having used this establishment for many years and relatively pleased, my experience over the past two years with a project truck of mine has left me extremely disappointed. I typically would not take time to leave reviews unless they were positive so this speaks to my absolute loss in trust for this business! At this point the business should be re-named "Good Enough Auto" because that seems to be the prevailing attitude in the shop. Two years ago I paid to have an LS engine installed in my classic truck with all accompanying work. After being charged for the custom work, my vehicle has consistently thrown codes or failed due to the shops shoddy wiring and work. Most recently it left me stranded as I lost all function in my "Drive by Wire" gas pedal. I was absolutely misled to the quality of work that I could expect. The custom wiring I was charged for has consistently failed from day one of picking it up. Each time I brought it back, the owner would clear the fault code but fail to fix the issue. The electric fan I paid for failed within the first two weeks and has since had to be wired with a toggle switch, meaning I must manually turn it on each time the motor gets hot. Looking at his wiring, it is quite clear he lacks attention to detail and general pride in workmanship. I also paid for "custom exhaust" which was leaking horribly the day I picked my vehicle up. The owner advised me to buy another header gasket because the one he installed was leaking. What reasonable person would suggest this after charging someone for installing all new exhaust? I also wanted flowmaster mufflers which he claimed was installed, turns out they were a cheap knock off. The welding and general running of pipe was horrible with one of my headers being mangled to fit and ending with one of the exhaust pipes dumping right into the quarter panel area filling the truck up with exhaust. Over the past two years I have had to return my vehicle on many occasions and each time the owner would present more of an attitude toward me. I guess I should be sorry for retuning my vehicle because of his sub-standard work! If he thinks he was aggravated, imagine how I felt wasting my time and money taking my vehicle back when it should have been right to begin with. Every time I get under the hood or underneath my truck, I find another example of poor quality whether it's exposed wiring or dangling pieces from the existing engine. I like to think of myself as a generally good person to others so being taken for a ride by this business has left me very sick to my stomach. I will never bring another vehicle to this establishment and will never recommend them to anyone.
This shop doesn't look like much, but they've done good work on both of my vehicles. Prices are reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to take anyone of my cars to them. ????
Amazing! One of the best mechanic experiences I have had in my life. Honest, no diagnostic fee and had my vehicle fixed in yh same day.
100% recommend anyone needing work to bring their business here I will certainly be back!
My mother took her vehicle to this shop a weeks before the repairs started and the owner of the family business All-in-one auto repair gave my mother a quote of 700 plus dollars to fix her problem. After finally deciding to get the work done, she called the shop and asked if the part was there and he quoted it was and she set a date which was the 19th of July. The day arrived and she took the vehicle to the shop and the owner said it would be finished by the end of the business day (6:00), she said ok. After hours had passed and it was coming to a couple of hours before closing she didn’t receive a call from the owner, she than called to see if her vehicle was close to being done (it was 4:45). The owner’s secretary told my mother that he had received the wrong part for her vehicle. Now mind you they did not once try to reach out to my mother (the customer) to enlighten her on what is going on with her vehicle (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) my mother than asked if she could get her old piece back in the car and she would like to pick her car up. After the secretary told my mother all that was going with the car she than says the owner left hours before closing and that her car was In pieces and that they couldn’t put it back together that day but she will call the owner to see if he could come in on Saturday (his day off) to put her vehicle back together and that her old piece was SOLD without her knowing. He never bother to come in Saturday to put the vehicle back together (we stopped by the shop) and he didn’t bother to call again! Monday comes and the supposedly new part comes and he puts it in and my mother calls him again and he tells her there was electrical problem now and that basically the NEW part isn’t working. Now mind you this electrical problem wasn’t not a problem when the car was dropped off. After finally going to the shop he still wanted to charge full price for the repair he didn’t fix! All-in-one auto repair is a scam and will take your money! I wouldn’t advise no one to go there with any problems !
Drop my car off to get repair fix for running hot smoke coming out my vents and my car would just shut off spoke to a Jason on the phone and was told to bring my car in after two days of having my car he told me there was nothing wrong with my car after you flushed my car out and reprogram my codes that my service engine light went off to that everything was fine when he drove it so I paid him 65$ and took my car home. That when not an hr after I pick my car up that the light for service engine came back on.(was told if it did come back on to call him back) so like anyone would do I call back the next day and spoke to a lady and was Jason was not there and she took my name and number so he can call back it’s been about a week now and no call or nothing from Jason. I would recommend this repair to anyone they don’t fix your car they just lazy and want your money. I would give them no stars but I had to put at least one to write this review.
